Spectacular view and 300 meters from the beach!

This is my second time visiting the Mariana space, and I hope to go back there more often. The view is truly spectacular, and the available infrastructure is in line with the announcement. The condominium and apartment are clean and organized, and everything works well (internet, elevators, appliances, etc.). A few steps from the site has a clean and quiet beach, which is impossible to dismiss.

Excellent lodging! Fábio is very helpful, since the eve of the trip he has already instructed about entry and stay. It indicated good restaurants. It is very close to the Shopping Rio Mar and also to the beach of Atalaia. Apartment super organized, complete. Super recommend!

I went to the carnival of 2025 and even in the summer the place is very cool and quiet. In addition to what is in the advertisement there is in the condominium a bodybuilding room and a children's playground. The place is very safe, but has little trade nearby, if you are on foot like mine you need to plan for shopping. There is a beach nearby that takes 1:30 walking. But if you want to go in the more touristy parts of maceió, as the new watchwatch beach will spend a $30 uber. The uber in general arrives very quickly. I advise you to take the tototó tour that is very close and leaves you at the art market of aracaju, in addition to being super cheap, I think it was R$2.50!

The beautiful, more than expected home, comfortable, caring and welcoming hosts, my group loved the entire stay, we were in a group of 10 people and everyone was comfortable in the accommodations, I highly recommend.

The apartment is exactly like in the ad photos, very well equipped and comfortable. It is located in a quiet condominium and is well ventilated. The host was very attentive and gave us very helpful tips. We are very pleased with the accommodation!!

The days at Saulo's accommodation were very happy! The house is better than the pictures show, the street is very quiet and the beach is right in front! Saulo was so kind and welcoming to me and my family. A great place to rest because the beach is quiet. Everything was clean and smelling good. It would definitely come back again.

Had a great experience in this apartment! The space is cozy, well decorated and very well located. Everything was neat and tidy, and communication with the host was excellent. I felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Indico, very good. Air conditioning is new, they work great.

The accommodation was good, I only recommend if Mr. Josete still renting his property, which made an investment in the installation of air conditioning in the other room, as the heat is unbearable now in the summer, and may even charge more in the daily resistance.
