Great large flat central to Dhaka with restaurants and shops nearby.

It was spacious and comfortable. It was also helpful that I could do laundry. Security is also good and it's a great deal compared to hotels. The owner is busy so sometimes the response is slow, but it was no problem.

It was really an amazing experience for staying with large family members along with kids. Lots of open space, kid’s play area and homely environment attracted us to stay peacefully. Would like to stay again and recommending guests who want peaceful staying in this noisy city. Thanks a lot to the great host for caring hospitality!

Nahid and her son, Rudro, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities we could ask for, including potable water, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchenette, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is convenient, close to local shops and a supermarket, which was incredibly helpful. The kids' room features a bunk bed that can accommodate up to four adults, providing plenty of space. Being on the first floor made it easy to access the accommodation, even with heavy luggage, alleviating any concerns about moving our bags without a lift. The gatekeeper was also very helpful, assisting with small shopping tasks and waste disposal. Two recommendations for improvement would be to add blackout curtains for both rooms and install noise barrier glass on the balcony.

I spent 10 days living in this apartment. I managed to have quiet moments when needed. I was able work and simultaneously catch up with friends and family in Bangladesh. I felt right at home. The apartment is very thoughtfully designed which served all my requirements. Watching the sun setting while working from the dining table is one of my favourite moments in this trip to Bangladesh. All the staff in the building were extremely friendly, helpful and very respectful in all their interactions with me and my guests. I will absolutely book this place again for my next visit (if available) Host Basma, is extremely efficient and punctual in communication which helped my visit feel more organised.

Your Airbnb was a perfect location for us with easy access to markets, coffee shops, restuarants and businesses in Guslhhan 2. We are deeply moved by you and your staff's friendly and inclusive welcome and are looking forward to requesting your Airbnb next time we are in Dhaka. Dependable host!

It was a great stay. Hosts were so much responsive and friendly. I was so touched about their friendly conversation. Rahul bhai is a cool guy, and both Rahul bhai and Bably apu were always there for any help. Caretaker was also so much humble and responsive. Apartment was the perfect as shown in the picture, anyone will love it while staying there as it will feel like home. Everything was well organised. I loved the kitchen and washrooms, because it was well maintained and clean. Bedrooms were also well organised and I must say that the hosts has a great taste in decorating the apartment. By location I think this is the best place in Dhaka city to stay, as you can find most of the famous restaurants in this area and can move any corner in the city very easily. I will surely stay again in future.

I had a wonderful stay at Perla’s place. The house was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to stay here again in the future! Wonderful Apartment and amazing communication!

**Great Budget in a Prime Location!** We had a good experience staying here. The place is budget-friendly and in a great location. The only minor issue was that the main entrance was a bit confusing to find at first, but once we figured it out, it was smooth sailing. Overall, a solid choice for the price, and we’d consider staying again!
