The host Karin was very helpful during my stay answered my questions and the place is really nice. Modern look but very comfy couch and bed was very nice. Large blankets and more large pillows than I needed. Very nice place. Safe neighborhood and a guard at the door. Glass door to apartment entrance and only people with key cards can get in. Multiple restaurants at base of apartment. Smash burger has a great hamburger. Breakfast place is great also. Huge. Turkey, cheese and egg toasted sandwich for $5.80 USD. I would rent this place again

The place is beautiful, a very secure New York loft. Just like the photos. Ubers arrive with ease and it is a very close point for the airport and other places. Everything was perfect! Not to mention the coffee detail to make in the morning. Loved it!

Excellent place Andrea is a great person and responsible the apartment very cozy and very clean a beautiful view of the volcanoes and the airport the aurora very close to shopping centers and restaurants I definitely recommend it to the most thank you Andrea for the hospitality we will return whenever we travel to Guate city.

A fairly accessible place to the airport and close to the central areas of the city. They were also quite understanding and willing to help with a small accident we had, they helped us reach an agreement to resolve it. Quite friendly and a very nice place, comfortable and with everything you need.

A modern shower stall showcases a sleek rain showerhead mounted from the ceiling. The shower walls are finished with light-colored tiles, creating a clean and spacious appearance. A polished control panel is positioned at the base for easy access.

I highly recommend Rodrigo's place. Zone 14 where it's located is generally safe and there are restaurants and cafes in a walkable distance. Check-in instruction was very clear and Rodrigo is fast in his responses. The place is spacious for 1 or 2 people and I really liked that it was clean. There are many windows so you can always let the air and sun in.

Excellent place to stay. The host Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very close to the airport. Down at the lobby you can find a market, places to eat. The apartment has a great terrace and lots of amenities as described. Definitely will stay there again.

The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

A Dream in Antigua Guatemala

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

A great ,location, right in the middle of the Centro Historico, although it looks a bit of a ‘ropy area’ I was very comfortable moving about day and ( not too late ) at night. I was there to celebrate ‘Semana Santa’, and was surrounded by all the differing processions, street carpets, and churches …. I don’t th8nk there could be a better location for that , and the help with which Giovanni gave me , locating various things for me, was very personable - he cared, so Thanks !!

Very good location, walking is 5 minutes away from the main pedestrian avenue of Guatemala City and 10 minutes from the civic center. In the area there are shops, supermarkets, churches, museums and the craft market as well as places to eat fast food and local cuisine. The directions were very accurate and the apartment was very clean when we arrived. I would definitely stay in the property again.
