Excellent place among the mountains, for a relaxed vacation. Emilia, our hostess was very helpful and kind. Definitely to go back.

I recently rented an apartment and I can say that it met my expectations. The listing accurately reflected the quality of the place, and customer service was exceptionally friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were in excellent condition, which made my stay even more pleasurable. Also, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to rest.

Perfect, just do some maintenance on the bathrooms and I think it's the best value for money accommodation in Guatemala.

We loved her stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. The beds were plush soft and had a television in the room for those late nights when you’re trying to fall asleep. There were also fans and the linens and towels were ample and soft.The view from the small terrace was very beautiful. It was really nice to relax out there after a long day of walking around. It was very centrally located. We had a great stay overall and would highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

Very good location in Guatemala City, very safe. Everything was just as described and the service was excellent.

Loved this little cozy apartment at the heart of Antigua Guatemala. Lots of great places around and felt right at home. Wifi works great if you’re looking for a remote place to work. I’d say if stairs are hot you’re thing … don’t go for it. The terrace space is smaller than what pictures look like but still great views!

The apartment was perfect and included all the Amenities you need to feel at home. The location was spot on and convenient, it was in walking distance to Central Park and many shops and restaurants but far out enough that we were not impacted by procession road closures. Plus it had secured parking and access to apartment complex which was nice. Bonus points for me were hot water, washer and dryer. Demmi was very communicative and accommodating. Definitely would book here again!

Everything was great!

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

Very nice villa, according to the photographs, the house was very well decorated and clean, the caretakers are very friendly and Ricardo is always attentive, very close to the center of Antigua Guatemala. Very good stay. I would give you a plus if the rooms had AC otherwise 10/10

I rented this villa for my parents to celebrate their birthdays, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! Sofia, the host, was exceptional in her communication and went above and beyond by arranging a chef to come cook for them. My parents were so impressed with the property that they didn’t want to leave! The villa was beautifully maintained, and the ambiance made their celebration truly special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories. Thank you, Sofia, for making their birthday celebration so perfect!

Michael’s place was absolutely beautiful—every detail felt luxurious. The rooms were stunning, the pool was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to beaches and local spots. We also really appreciated the on-site security, who greeted us each day and were quick to open the gate—it made us feel very safe and taken care of. One thing to note: Airbnb didn’t clearly state that there would be extra charges for additional guests, even though the house fits eight. Thankfully, Michael was very kind and offered to split the extra cost with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We loved our stay! How amazing To wake up to beautiful views of volcanoes but be close to the city with the help of the included and inexpensive driver! We had food brought up with the help of them and were able to disconnect while exploring Antigua! What a gem! Those they employee to help with The house are so responsive and go out of the way to make the stay perfect! I definitely recommend this if heading to Antigua!

It was clean, the jacuzzi was warm and most of all it was nice to have staff that was always there to help me.
