Vacation rentals with a patio in Mittelland District

Habe 1 Monat in Christophs Studio verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende lief alles problemlos und Christof ist sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell. Lage ist ruhig aber dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus in der St Galler Innenstadt. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt hat das Studio eine gute Grösse.

Mega tolles Ambiente, sehr freundliche Vermieter einfach super - Bruno hat uns sogar noch mit einer Fackel für tolles Licht im Garten gesorgt! Es war nur sehr warm im Zimmer - aber wir haben ja auch Hochsommer ☀️

Mein Aufenthalt war geschäftlicher Natur. Die Anweisungen der Gastgeberin Jasminka waren alle klar und verständlich. Jasminka ist sehr freundlich und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100% den Bildern, war top gepflegt und blitzblank sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, verfügt über einen Parkplatz, die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde wieder buchen.

I loved staying at Stefan’s place! He was friendly, helpful and communicative. He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and welcome. His house was beautiful, quiet and I could walk to see the sights. I highly recommend staying at Stefan’s!!

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch an einem kleinen Weinberg. Bei schönem Wetter hat meine tolle Sicht ins Tal. Es gibt einige Einkaufmöglichkeiten und einen kleinen Bäcker in der Nähe. Von Marbach aus, kann man auch viele Ausflugsziele erreichen.

Das Haus war wie auf den Fotos, wunderschön und die Räume und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Das ganze Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und eigerichtet. Leider war das Geschirr und Besteck bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig und die 2 Bratpfannen waren so verkratzt, dass wir sie nicht mehr gebrauchen konnten. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit Johannes war freundlich und proaktiv. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto in Appenzell und zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten bei der Luftseilbahn die auf den hohen Kasten führt.

Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise, daher waren wir nur zur Übernachtung dort. Aber es war super schön, sehr sauber und die Absprache und Erreichbarkeit waren top :)

We've spent 5 nights in Nicole's house with our friends, 4 couples alltogether. It is a huge house, there are rooms everywhere. It reminded us the house from "Home Alone" :) We really liked it. Though the guests must clean the house before they leave - everything was clean, nice and comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of accessories which we appreciated a lot as we love to cook. They have everything you would need for a great vacation, we especially liked the premium furniture, grill and cooking equipment and the large fridge. You can also find gorgeous surrounding, fields, forests, ruins and obviously cows and goats around the house. Ideal to have some new animal friends :) The only strange thing was that the house seems to be Nicole's family home which they rent out for the summer so they have their stuff in the cabinets, images on the wall. If you are used to stay in apartments, it can be unusual for the first time. Anyway, it was a great experience, thanks Nicole for having us!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Parksituation ist etwas kompliziert, es stehen öffentliche kostenpflichtige Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was für die Schweiz nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme und wer genau hinschaut, entdeckt lustige Details.

We had a lovely family week in this cottage. It is small, but lovely small and it makes you feel right at home. Garden is beautiful, with stream cutting right through. It has two terraces, wood fired grill and lovely quite location away from neighbours. Location is superb as well to discover Lake Constance. Thank you.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Jana und Remo mit unserer der Familie! Das Bauernhaus liegt traumhaft schön – ideal für unsere Kinder, mit viel Platz zum Spielen inmitten der Natur. Absolute Ruhe, ein herrlicher Blick und dennoch ist man schnell am Bodensee und vielen anderen tollen Ausflugszielen. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die Erholung und Natur pur suchen.

Perfekte Unterkunft – Absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung! Alles war genauso, wenn nicht sogar besser, als in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Lage ist ideal, egal ob für Sightseeing oder zum Entspannen. Wir waren mit unserem Baby für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise bei Jana. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und perfekt mit unserem Baby. Jana ist eine tolle, freundliche Gastgeberin und hat uns vorab super Infos gegeben, sodass wir alles sofort gefunden haben. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall! Vielen lieben Dank.

Famille très accueillant! Le logement était Superbe, une décoration très agréable tout était extrêmement propre à mon arrivée et pour mes déplacements vue que je dormais pendant la Journée je ne pouvais pas trouver mieux que ça! Très paisible! En résumé c’était un excellent séjour! Bravo Famille Spindler pour votre bon goût dans la sélection de tout ce que ce trouve dans l’appartement et aussi pour l’environnement que vous avez créé autour de celui-ci ✅🏡

Quel plaisir d’avoir séjourné dans le bel appartement de Nicole ! Un grand merci à elle pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. La communication avec Nicole est très facile et amicale. Les instructions pour l’accès au logement étaient très claires. Le descriptif correspond parfaitement à l’appartement : il est tres bien placé, au bord du lac, dans une Marina calme et bien entretenue. Toute notre famille s’est sentie comme à la maison : l’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux, avec une mention spéciale au sauna dans la salle de bain ! L’emplacement est privilégié car on peut aussi bien profiter de l’environnement du lac et que de celui de la montagne, ce qui est exceptionnel 😊 Nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau pour profiter des différentes saisons.

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.
