The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Historisch, einzigartig, idyllisch und doch irgendwie wild gelegen an der Mülenenschlucht direkt beim UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Stiftsbezirk St.Gallen. Wo heute kaum ein Neubau mehr denkbar wäre, wurde dieses Gebäude vor fast 200 Jahren ursprünglich als Appretur (Textilveredelung) erbaut. The small loft is on the ground floor of a stately house. It is modern and comfortably furnished: elegant bathroom in black and brass, white lime plaster walls, heated design concrete floor, many windows, direct access to the garden. The light-flooded room, the tranquility and the garden invite you to relax. The views of hills and Alps make you want to hike & bike. Train station and village square with restaurants and a grocery store are just a few steps (4 min.) away.

Sustainable living on the 2nd floor, free parking!

In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. Experience the special feeling of starting the day with a good conscience. Right next to the house entrance is there is a free parking space.

Adlerhorst with panoramic views and hotpot

You can enjoy a mostly fog-free break at 1000m altitude with beautiful views of the Säntis and the Alpstein. Some hiking trails pass the house and a sports course in the forest can be found within 2 minutes for a training round. Shopping facilities for the everyday are located in Speicher and Teufen, the city of St. Gallen can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The access to the property leads over a forest road - in winter 4x4 or the 15-minute walk

Bungalow with a stunning view LOMA BUENA VISTA

Holiday cottage located on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you can walk relatively steeply up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest for about 100 m.

2.5 rooms with balcony near Spital, Uni

Original freshly furnished 2.5-room apartment with balcony. It's perfectly located. Directly next to the children's hospital, very good public transport connection. The Olma trade fair is within walking distance, shopping facilities and various restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The old town can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus. An ideal place for business people, trade fair and hospital visitors or for holiday stays.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

St. Gallen central and cozy

This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the first floor with a separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom is 1 ½ meters away via the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, English, French and Spanish. I can somehow communicate in Italian.
