A fantastic stay with our visitors from the UK. The kids had the best time in the pool (the pics do not do it justice), very spacious and the outside space is so good it made us want to stay home and cook instead of going out (homemade pizzas), wanted to stay another night but was no availability so we will be back! Carole was an excellent host! Super responsive and the spot was excellent. Great for viewing wildlife… had kangaroos and wallabies everywhere. Cabin itself was a beautiful stay and wonderful night’s sleep.

Ben’s place was fantastic. It was the best set up air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. He had everything you could possibly need. Not only that he was incredibly accommodating and gave me awesome information about the area. The property has a great view and we loved the close walking distance to the golf club for dinner. Absolutely recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Kharma Kiama. Just a perfect location to explore Kiama and only a 3 minute walk to Kiama’s best beach, after exploring all the beaches. Very walkable to town with an abundance of eateries and a cute cafe, south. So close to Kiama’s coastal walk with amazing views. Such a calming space to go back to after exploring Kiama and surrounds, relaxing on the lovely outdoor decks and enjoying the garden outlook. Amazing rain shower indoor and outdoor!! Comfortable bed, lovely linen. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable lounge area with a cute window seat. Great that it was dog friendly, our boy enjoyed his stay, sniffing around the garden. Great communication from Helen, she kept us updated with accommodation and check in details. What a find!!! Thank you Helen, Matt and Rosy.

Beautiful place, perfect for dining outside and entertaining a group of 3-4. Location was great, minutes away from Hyams in the car and not far from local shops and amenities. Hosts were great at communicating and had lots of helpful recos :)

A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

Absolutely lovely place to be. Anne is so friendly and accommodating! The place is beautifully decorated, garden is peaceful and colourful. We also made some coffee and enjoyed the morning!

Great location - walking distance to the Husky Pub, local eateries, shops and more. Right across the road from beach, river, cruises, etc. Nice 2 bedroom, comfy beds, various pillows to choose from. Heated plunge pool was perfect for afternoon relaxing. Wifi onsite No aircon but large ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the lounge room. Off street parking in the drive way as well. Would book it again.
