The Guest House of Tania is a piece of paradise in the ES. Where you look is very green, places very well taken care of, contact with nature is lush and both Tania and the staff of the site are quite kind and willing to help. I had days of much relaxation with my family having outdoor coffee and enjoying the clean pool with plenty of green around. We also took a tour of the Dragon Route, indicated by Tania, which was worth it, as we had the opportunity to get to know the natural and historical beauties of the region.

Great experience! We will definitely be back more often. The residence is amazing, air-conditioned rooms great , well-equipped kitchen. Very welcoming and cozy house. Pleasant family atmosphere to enjoy with the entire family. The swimming pool /leisure area is also wonderful. Super close to the beach ( calm, good for children). The condominium has a playground and is also very quiet. Boa requested for those who want peace, tranquility and rest. The hosts are very thoughtful and kind. Address Fácil Access. Excellent house, the way it was described on the website, Marcia gave excellent support since booking. For those who want to do day use at the siri's camping, the house is very close by. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back.

From the moment I closed the reservation, Gisele answered all the necessary doubts. The place is very nice, totally family environment, the other owners of the condominium always helpful, friendly, always leaving us at will. The house is cozy, all new, excellent linens and bathrooms. The only thing that was missing, I even commented with Gisele, they are blackouts in the windows in the bedrooms and a duplex refrigerator, then it would be totally 100%. In addition, as soon as it is, I intend to go back and I will recommend it to friends looking for a place to relax.

Matheus was super attentive from the moment he was still in doubt about the reservation, a place identical to the announced photos, without taking it for anything. Super clean and well maintained environment, bed linens and bathrooms. My family and I felt at home! The place is easy access, surrounded by restaurants and snack bars, with markets a 3-minute walk away. It has a 3 minute walk beach as well, great for walking. The best known beaches of Marataízes are about 20 minutes by car, which was great for me because I was able to get to know it without problems. We stayed 4 days on a holiday weekend and everything was great, note 10! For sure if I return to Marataízes and region will be the first place I will look for to spend the period.

My family and I had an amazing weekend at the house. The house is as advertised, extremely clean and organized, we arrived with everything ready for use. The location is excellent, the back is to the sea, a few steps from the bakery/market. The service of the host family, especially Lucia, was a show apart. Attentive, kind, available, gave wonderful tips on restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias and other shops in the region. We highly recommend the stay!

The stay was very good! Neighborhood very good, Educados! Great place for family! I took my dogs free to feel at home! Very good house! Only internet and tv that doesn't have! But it wasn't a problem! Well-located house with market and bakery close by! Otima Stay! I will come back more often!!! We love it!

The house is as advertised. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including an airfryer. The barbecue is great and even has spinning skewers. The air conditioning of the suite is perfect. Alexandre's house is sooo much better than the photos and directions. Spacious, large, tasteful house with pool and super comfortable outdoor area. After 14 years away from Marataízes, I returned and kept magical moments in my memory. I highly recommend Alexandre's house. When in doubt, don't hesitate! It's sure to be a success.

Excellent house location, close to everything. Limpeza and the utensils in the house are impeccable, everything according to description, a differential is that the house has internet. Maria is a cute person, attentive and a lot requests!!! I loved my stay, I felt at home, outside the backyard that is super cozy!!!! We drank a lot of coffee sitting there with the children.

We fell in love with Lara's house, well-furnished, excellent size, organized and complete as in the photos! The house is practically in front of the beach, which has kiosks and restaurants. We only have compliments about the house and about Lara who was a sweetheart. ❤️

We loved spending a weekend at the house, taking full advantage of it. Eduardo was always helpful, wanting to know if everything was to our liking, everything was great, I'll be back for sure.
