This 30 m2 studio for 4 people located on the 1st floor of a small residence (no elevator), is composed of 2 sofa beds with storage, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove, small refrigerator), a bathroom (with washing machine), as well as a small lounge area (with a dining table and TV). Great for ocean vacations for families or groups of friends.

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment.
