My family of 3 greatly enjoyed the beautiful villa. The space was very ample with nicely appointed kitchen. The clean private pool was steps away. The location is also very advantageous: close to beach clubs, sports attractions, food markets, bus stops and a taxi station. Our hosts, Yildiray and his daughter, were always in touch and helpful with any questions/issues. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I would definitely recommend their place.

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

We stayed with our little daughter in Ulaş's apartment and were delighted with the great location. We were able to reach all the important places within 10 minutes with our car. The complex is still very new and therefore modernly designed. We particularly liked that we had air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The large pool and huge terrace have been beautiful and our highlight.

This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

TOP TOP TOP 🔝 Great house , well equipped ,clean, calm and secure ! in 10’ you can reach Bodrum marina/ center by taxi 100TL (4$). Very good location for shopping , 5’ walking to reach the OASIS mall , 12’ by taxi to reach the big mall “Midtown “. They are 3 restaurants (Turkish cuisine ) just 3’ walking distance from the house .Supermarket and mini market (open 24/7). Selin is always available for any info, query and help !! She advised us different locations for lunch / dinner and beach in turquoise water . Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend place .

to come home, you pass through authentic basement streets and finally reach the basement house to the historic 180 years the door welcomes you to the sounds of music and a glass of wine in the garden with fragrance. every corner of the house is authentically furnished and very clean ☺️😍 the kitchen is all thought out that meets your needs at first being in the middle of the city, being able to reach the sea everywhere is a very convenient house to plan your day you eat your own dinner in the garden this house we stayed in is very close to bars music and entertainment start at 10 o'clock at night you want to stay in a house that loves fun at night and is not far away, it is a very pleasant place thank you so much to the beautiful host, Ms. Bahar, who brought us together with such a house and made us feel at home and I'm telling everyone it's a privilege to stay here 🩷🩷🩷

The house is bigger than it looks on the photos! Huge kitchen with absolutely everything you need! Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. A large terrace and the roof of the house with a beautiful view. The pool is huge and larger than other villas in the area. All rooms are air-conditioned. The mattresses are very comfortable and I slept like a baby and slept for the first time in a long time! Beaches, restaurants, supermarket are 12 minutes walking distance. Taxi point - 5 min. The villa has a lot of towels and fresh linen. Wonderful garden, figs, pomegranate, pepper, onions, olives, oranges grow here. A lot of greenery and flowers) Berfin was available the whole time and recommended the best beaches and was very hospitable. Mehmet, the house manager, is also wonderful and always ready to help! Kept the pool and garden clean. From the nuances: if you are with children, be prepared to turn off the water. 4 days out of 16 days there was no water ( and the acoustics in the house are such that you can hear everything that happens in other rooms. Thanks for the hospitality ❤️

Very nice apartment. Simple, yet cozy, clean and has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. There were some essentials missing at the beginning but Murat promptly provided them as well as the new blanket. Nights started becoming chilly. The apartment complex has a shared pool which is a bonus. The view from the living room/balcony is also very nice. Murat was always very attentive to the needs, replied promptly and even allowed a late checkout. If I come to this area, will gladly stay again here

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Kemal was incredible! We had a last minute cancellation so I booked this stay 3 days in advance. Kemal was extremely proactive and kind in allowing us to stay, and was great to check in about our travel details so he could plan for cleaning accordingly. Kemal met us in person to check us in and provide a full run down of the space. He was so welcoming, and also owns the restaurant next door (which is delicious by the way!) and told us we could order for delivery or walk over and ask them to bring it over. Overall great hospitality!

The place was very nice. A beautiful view from the two terraces. A chic and clean house that is very well equipped. I already felt at home on the first day. Ayşegül is a great host, she is very communicative, warm and helpful. Thanks to their tips for the surrounding area, I had a very nice stay in Bodrum. Thank you for everything Ayşegül.😊

Mr. Rabi and Ms. Hatice were extremely understanding, kind and helpful about everything about the house, the house was immaculate, very useful and peaceful. The garden/balcony pleasure in figs, olives, bougainvillea, pomegranate, mimosa trees were beautiful, the terrace with a view on the upper floor was beautiful, the location was very central. When I come to Akbuk, I even don't even look for another house, and thank you for being pet-friendly.

Esra is a wonderful host. Very polite in communication and always helps with problems, if any. For example, he helped us find a hospital where we can get vaccinated and then make an appointment there. The house is fully consistent with the description, live comfortably. The location is excellent, very nice and the sea is 100 meters from the house. The Internet in the house is also good, enough for remote work as a programmer. The only problem was that 2 times the electricity was completely cut off in the city for several hours during the day. But this was due to the construction work that was carried out precisely during our stay. Usually this doesn't happen here.

I enjoyed my stay at the Tiny House and I felt comfortable right away. The view is so calming - since it is located (behind a heavy white gate) in a private garden, it is surrounded by greenery and when all the curtains are pulled back, you get a lot of sunlight. If there would have been an additonal set of stairs leading from the bed to the top window, I would have been tempted to tan on the roof haha. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable and the bedsheets and towels smelled heavenly. The interior design was modern and tasteful. The location was pracital due to all the restaurants and cafes by the Marina that were walking distance. Kemal responded very quickly to my messages. He welcomed me when I arrived and made the check-in fast and pleasant, led me to the exact location, even helped me carry my luggage. Thank you for everything.

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

Great place to stay for groups. Located in a fairly central region with access to all parts of Bodrum. Guven is an amazing host and extremely helpful!

The house was easy to get to, tidy and clean. There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and a propeller in other places. We enjoyed our time in the garden, it was ideal for children. It has 2 balconies and 1 terrace. We spent time on the terrace in the evening and nights, it was nice to watch the stars. A place away from the quiet crowds in terms of location, a few grocery stores nearby are enough. Host was available every time I called. The host solved all the minor problems right away, we didn't have any problems. The beach near the house was enough for us, but there are beautiful and virgin bays around to go by car. We had a nice and peaceful holiday with my family, thank you

This place by Ilya very well suited my family for the 4 days we were in Bodrum. The place was spacious and had a lovely view we enjoyed every morning and evening. The bathrooms are a little small so do be aware of that, but that wasn't a big bother for us. The host was very responsive to our requests for towels, extra pillows, and to replace a broken iron. I will say that the sofa was stained quite heavily and that parking isn't reserved for you, it's more like a first come first serve on the street but you will find a spot.
