Modern Scandi design Villa by a beautiful lake

The villa is a very modern “Scandinavian design”, fully equipped villa that was built in 2011 and we use it year around as our second home. It is located in Mäntyharju in Finland, by a beautiful, clean lake with a private beach, 2 hours/190km drive from the Helsinki city center or Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Our villa is mainly for our private use, but selectively rented some weeks per year. It is suitable for couples, adult travelers and families with kids. Strictly no parties/pets.

Villa Leikon – a holiday right next to clean nature and lakes. Cottage accommodates four people. There is room for two to sleep downstairs and two more up in the loft. The detached sauna building also has a spacious bedroom which accommodates two more people. In total six people can comfortably stay. The beach sauna building is nicely attached to the main building with an open terrace. The cottage is surrounded by almost undisturbed nature with enough space for outdoor relaxing.

Stay in our spacious home on the shores of Saimaa, enjoy the relaxation of the beach sauna and the ever-changing landscape. Suitable for remote workers and especially for families with children. There are air heat pumps in both floors, so it is comfortable to stay even it is heat outside. You can get to the berry and mushroom fields directly from the yard. There are different kinds of hobby tools for children: football and ice hockey goals, frisbee-golf basket and two sup-boards.
