From start to finish our stay was brilliant. The apartment couldn’t have been in a better place for us. 5 minute walk into the local square where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from 10-15 minute walk into walk to the mariner with some amazing seafood. We can honestly say it is some of the best food we have eaten. The view from the apartment was incredible and the balcony is a sun trap. Florence was super responsive and extremely welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Cala d’or and somewhere we hope to return!

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

The stay at the accommodation was great. The apartment had everything you needed, especially the kitchen. The apartment is close to the town center and about 15 minutes by car from the beach. The communication with Joan was very pleasant, as he responded super quickly and he was also very helpful.

Victoria is an attentive and very kind host. The apartment is exactly as per photos, partly renovated, very spacious was also very clean and tidy. Well equipped with everything you need for meal preparation, washing machine and dishwasher. The balcony is spacious and there are different areas to relax. Great for families or groups of friends. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator, for us it was not a problem, we are quite sporty, but it is necessary to keep in mind in the case of people of a certain age or children, having to take the stairs several times a day even with shopping bags. Otherwise everything is convenient to services, there are bars, restaurants, beaches and stores right under the building. I would certainly recommend it !

Had a lovely stay with beautiful sunsets. Beds were also nice and in the evening still enjoy the sunshine.

We had the pleasure of staying 2 kids and 2 grownups in the lovely apartment. It is close to the sea and in a very calm part of town. Big recommendation

We were very warmly received by Francesca, her parents keep the apartment very tidy, the rooms are well cut, there were three of us and each had a room, the apartment is suitable for 6 people. The temperature at the apartment was always pleasant. Kitchen and living room and terraces are spacious. We would come back anytime. Thank you

Great apartment with perfect location! Nice and clean with everything you need! Shops and restaurants just down the street. We stayed for one week and would go back again! The host was very helpfull and nice! Would recommend!

The place exceeded our expectations. It is huge - very spacious, and the terrace is really nice. The area is quiet and you are surrounded by beautiful mediterranean nature ( and some cactuses! ). The house is made of stone and that really adds up to the charm. We had a pleasant experience cooking at home from time to time. The kitchen is well stocked. It is a pleasure to drive around Mallorca starting from this place. You get to experience the country side, and a lot of the beautiful places and pristine beaches are actually much closer to Ses Salines than to the main city of Palma. Would come back again for sure!

The house is absolutely incredible, truly stunning in every way: from the furnishings to the spaces, the pool, the kitchen, and the three terraces with sun all day long until sunset, where we enjoyed wonderful aperitifs. The attention to detail is impeccable, and Dagmar and Lena were very kind. At check-in, they even provided us with a delicious homemade cake. The house is fully equipped and it's really hard to find anything missing. The only negative points are the soundproofing of the rooms, which all face the street, and the mattress in the master bedroom, which is a bit small and soft. We expected the town of Felantix to be a little different. It is still not very touristy and very characteristic, with many references to the Arab world in its architecture and also in the population that lives there. Unfortunately services are generally poor, and restaurants are almost non-existent... everything is a bit neglected, with many shops abandoned or closed.

It was great. Very enough for 4 person. Onyl thing that could be already in room is wash maschine capsules. Bring drink water when you come to the apartment.

"Wonderful apartment in a top location!" The apartment is in the middle of the old town – it doesn't get any better! Very spacious, well laid out and everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shopping and even the bus stop. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and love coming back!

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
