La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Small barn located in an inhabited hamlet at 860 meters altitude, 6 km from Massat. 'Cosy', warm and rustic, renovated with eco-friendly materials, it is 150 meters from the parking lot at the end of a small winding and steep path. This quiet place will allow you to return to nature and simplicity. Outdoor dry toilet. Possibility of access to an outdoor bathroom in the middle of nature if hot water is available. Thébaïde, with its unique atmosphere, will take you on a journey through time in the Dourbie gorges. Through our vernacular sheepfold, you will find all the sweetness of life and the authenticity of the Cévennes.

Gîte among the vineyards

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
