Our thatched Saxon farmhouse is located in the center of the unique village of Orvelte. Orvelte is one of the most beautiful villages in the Netherlands and was founded in the 10th century. The monumental farms and the streets lined with cobblestones and old bricks give the village a nostalgic atmosphere. There is a lot to experience in and around Orvelte, art and culture and plenty of recreation. In short, a wonderful location, centrally located in beautiful Drenthe, to get away from it all.

The Scheperij room

Landgoedboerderij Oosterheerdt has a Bed & Breakfast, where you can stay for a short or longer period of time. The two comfortable rooms with private sanitary facilities are located in the monumental front house of the characteristic farm. In addition to the two rooms, there is a dining room available to guests, where they can meet each other. From the B&B, you can easily enter the Nienoord estate. Pets are allowed, and bringing a horse is negotiable. Dogs on a leash.

U kunt de B&B boeken voor een weekendje weg, maar ook als pied-a-terre voor een zakelijk en/of langer verblijf is dit appartement uitermate geschikt. U zult zich direct thuis voelen!

Bright large room in characteristic building

This is the master bedroom of our characteristic building. A large bright room with beautiful views and light from two sides. There is a sitting area, large table, coffee and tea facilities, TV, reading lights by the bed and sofa. You share the bathroom, as well as the separate toilet, with any guests from the other rooms. The rooms are located on the first floor. You have to be able to walk well, the stairs have no handrail.

BnB Het West - Garden room

A little bit of information in advance. When booking with 2 people, only 1 room is prepared at a time. The 2nd bedroom only comes from the 3rd person. If 2 people want to sleep separately, that's also possible. However, the price for 2 people and the use of 2 bedrooms is a little higher. Characteristic secret annex - Space and comfort!

Our cozy, characteristic back house with an area of no less than 120m2 is part of a thatched farmhouse from 1862. It has a private entrance and plenty of privacy. There is a beautiful large living room with oak beams and loft. From here you have a magnificent wide view over the meadows behind.

Éénpersoonskamer, eenpersoonsbed, wifi, gratis parkeergelegenheid ,en gedeelde badkamer met toilet, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, zitje, badjas en handdoeken, koelkast om eigen producten koel te bewaren. Kamers op de eerste verdieping te bereiken met de trap. Geen huisdieren toegestaan.
