Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

A great place to stay—whether you’re here for a holiday or, like me, using it as a base while relocating and getting settled. The building staff and security are super helpful, and Ace goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

Arlen is a wonderful host. She prepared and organized everything perfectly. I felt at home in her apartment. The furnishings are very cozy. I would have loved to stay there longer. I can highly recommend her.

We had the best time staying here! The purpose of our trip was to have a surprise proposal for our friend's girlfriend at the rooftop, and the host made it all possible. We rented a room and the rooftop, and everything went perfectly. The place felt so homey and comfortable. There are so many stores nearby, so it was super easy to grab anything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

Celebrated my friend’s birthday and mine at this place. I was looking for a place big enough for me and my friends last minute and was lucky to find this. The view in the balcony is so beautiful and perfect spot for watching the sunset. The place is so spacious with complete kitchen stuff needed for cooking. The balcony’s view during the day and night made us feel at peace. The night stay is so worth it. Definitely worth what we paid for. Also, the hosts are so kind and very quick to respond. The condo staffs are very friendly as well. We will definitely choose this place again the next time.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. We had a great stay at this property! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s also well-suited for families, with enough space to make everyone feel at home. There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

It’s my 2nd time booking Jons place. I find the condo just about right to what I paid for, could be a bit less but it is the location that’s awesome. It’s in BGC and actually walkable to where the main action was. Lotsa restaurants to go around with. Doing a run whether it’s day or night is really peaceful and safe. There’s a 24hr 7eleven just at the ground floor of the Condo Bldgs…..it’s very convenient. Security guards are all nice and helpful. Jon’s place felt homey to me already and I would book again if I were in Metro Manila. In addition the pool and the area is just ok, there is no AC in the lobby of tower C just fyi and their elevators are sometimes under repair but ok as well. Book Jons place you wouldn’t regret it.
