This is a beautiful place overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. Nice small beach about a 2 minute walk.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Aussicht aufs Meer (wir haben uns die Terrassenmöbel ein bisschen umgestellt, damit wir Richtung Meer schauen können) und die Natur in der Umgebung ist sehr schön. Der Platz ist ruhig und friedlich. Vedran war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert und hat uns sehr viele Empfehlungen für Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Burcu, die Frau die vor Ort war, ist sehr bemüht und lieb. Der Strand einige Minuten entfernt war für uns perfekt fürs Schwimmen vor dem Frühstück, danach haben wir uns meistens eine "einsame" Bucht gesucht und auch gefunden :-) es war herrlich. Das Wasser ist kristallklar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an Vedran , Burcu und seine Familie

Vesna ist eine sehr angenehme und herzliche Person, die eine perfekte Gastgeberin ist. Bereits im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts hat sie alle Fragen beantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos, sehr hell und sauber. Von allen Seiten ist das Meer zu sehen, Frühstücken auf dem Balkon ist ein Traum gewesen! Es stand bereits Obst und Getränke im Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft. Die Wohnung ist bestens und vollständig ausgestattet und hat ein modernes Bad. Restaurants und der Strand (Kitestrand) sind 5 sowie 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut und ruhig gelegen und hat sogar eine Terrasse und Garten. Es ist ruhig, aber etwas hellhörig zur Wohnung darüber. Ich kann Vesna und das Airbnb sehr empfehlen und komme gerne nochmal wieder. :)

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

Jadran was a great host, very responsive and with lots of good local recommendations. The flat was great as well, very clean and what a view!

Einfach nur wow - die Unterkunft ist super schön und in bester Lage von Zadar. Schöner geht es kaum. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen und schönen Urlaub in eurem Airbnb. Die Kommunikation und die Tipps der Hosts sind wirklich sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco ed i due bagni sono muovi. La cucina è fornita di tutto quanto è necessario. L'appartamento ha un accesso privato al mare e vengono forniti anche i lettini per il mare. C'è un bel terrazzo con un tavolo e le sedie per mangiare fuori. Il mare è bellissimo. La posizione è molto tranquilla, forse l'unico problema è la distanza dai paesi, i supermercati più vicini sono a più di 20 minuti di automobile. Il papà di Anna è stato sempre gentilissimo con noi e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Esperienza molto bella.

The place was amazing, right in the trees with a beautiful creek and pond out front with wildlife. Great trails to the lake and amazing restaurants within walking distance. Great amenities and clean space. Totally worth it!

We spent a very nice stay at Danijela's place, the little garden is super charming, the sea very close by, and the city very accessible! And Danijela welcomed us very nicely, it was a pleasure!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Antonija und Familie.

Super lokalizacja, przy samym morzu,blisko piekarnia i restauracje, w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne. Spokojna okolica

We highly recommend this place 🤩 It is located right in front of the sea, we took our coffee there in the mornings, it is also private and quite, there were some constructions around so the streets were almost empty, easy to park and safe The apartment was comfortable, we found everything in order, good amenities like hot water, TV, kitchen clean and cozy bedroom It is also 15 min from Zadar if you plan to go to the city centre, there is a free parking lot, we were there twice and had no problem We were exploring mostly nature, so we rented a car and it was easy to drive around, we could park in front of the apartment Marko gave us recommendations, which we took in mind, also places to eat and things to do. We had a good time and sure we will love to stay here next time

Superbe séjour entre amis, la villa était parfaite, le niveau d’équipements était largement au rendez-vous et notre hôte a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci !

Skvělé ubytování, místo, pláž u apartmánu, poloha apartmánu. Jediný problém byl se sousedy nad námi, kteří bohužel nedokázali dodržet noční klid a tak 2 noci byly s přerušovaným spánkem. Na druhou stranu noční život k tomuto městu asi aktuálně patří :-)

Andrej ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Hat uns Tips für den Aufenthalt gegeben und ist gut zu erreichen gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Alles zusammen ein toller Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Leona, es sah aus wie auf den Fotos und die kommunikation bei fragen oder Problemen war makellos Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Aussicht auf den Strand mit eigenem Zugang hat uns besonders gefallen Es geht sich aufjedenfall aus !

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Ich reise sehr glücklich wieder zurück - mein kleiner Urlaub in Zaglav bei Petra war perfekt. Petra ist eine super liebe Person, die mir vorher schon hilfreiche Tipps zur Fähre gegeben hat. Das Appartement ist super ruhig direkt am Hafen gelegen - ich könnte unfassbar schöne Sonnenaufgänge von dem großen Balkon aus sehen😍 Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, liebe Petra☀️

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Csendes helyen, de mégis pár percre található a tengerparttól. A kilátás csodálatos, szuper volt a tengert nézni reggeli közben. :) Az apartman jól elkülönített, és csodás a körülötte lévő kert is! Ana kedves, segítőkész mindig gyorsan válaszolt. És hatalmas plusz a zárt parkolás!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)
