The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

Location and accommodation were as described or seen on the pictures, nice terrace, extremely clean. To the beach (pebbles and rocks) a direct short path, about 50 m. Town center of Pag about 2 km, bakery and fruit vegetable shop about 300 m, open all the time. Marija was often on site, extremely warm and accommodating! We felt very comfortable and thank you again for their exceptional hospitality!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we felt immediately comfortable. I highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation in a heartbeat.

This place is a true gem. We were warmly greeted by Tea & Dalibor and felt right at home. Kitchen is super equipped and the bed is comfortable. But the very best thing is the view and the tranquility that you can enjoy here. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Great stay. Adriana welcomed us at check-in, always very sunny and nice! The house is very beautiful and new. Beautiful view from the terrace, mainly in the evening. Highly recommended.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

Mate and Martina’s apartment was IMMACULATE! Everything was high end and absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking and the hot tub and sauna was a wonderful touch. It was only 5 euros to Uber to the Old Town and approximately a 30-40 minute walk. We were greeted when we arrived and even spoiled with some snacks and wine from our host which we felt was such a sweet and generous gesture. We HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zadar!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

We had a wonderful stay at Marijana's apartment! The location is ideal for us—just a 15-minute drive to the old town, in a nice, quiet area. The apartment was clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The spacious balcony with a nice view, were amazing When we had to shorten our stay by one night due to a schedule change, Marijana was incredibly kind and offered us a refund for that night, which she didn’t have to do. Her hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is a real insider tip for those who are looking for peace and enjoy their vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is only a few meters away and was also well suited for our children (2 and 6 years old). There is a place where you can comfortably enter the water – there are no larger stones there. Our children enjoyed playing with the stones on the beach and collecting mussels. So they were busy for hours, and we were able to relax wonderfully. Snježana is extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us great excursion tips and recommendations for places to eat. The place was very clean and well equipped – there was really everything you need, including dishwasher detergent, detergent, fabric softener and much more. Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

It was a great place to stay that definitely upgraded our stay in Zadar. The place fully complies with the photos and is fully equipped. To get to the apartment you have to go into a backyard that first clouds the appearance a little, but you should not be taken beforehand. Unfortunately, there were technical difficulties in the bathroom at first, which were a little uncomfortable at first. But after a short consultation with Gordana, she was able to quickly organize help and the disturbance was resolved in a few hours. In summary, Gordana is a great host and the place is definitely recommended.
