Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mestia Municipality

It was a pleasure staying at Violetta's place. Incredibly friendly, helpful hosts. Violetta's husband picked us up from the center of Mestia and took us on a minibus, helped us find this very minibus. Also, the hosts gave us warm clothes and panama from the sun. Their attitude was very warm as it was for family. I can recommend this place. It features: this is not in Mestia, but in the neighboring village. Walking distance to the center of Mestia for about half an hour. Spar and Nicora's normal shops are downtown. The entire place is not rented, rooms are rented. We lived on the second floor, behind the wall are neighbors, shared kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The shoes are very thin. The hosts lived on the ground floor, but they don't live there all the time, you need to call them in advance if you decide to book this place. There was no remote check-in as indicated on the page, we were greeted by the hosts of the house.

We loved our stay. The location is perfect, the neighbours provide excellent food on request, the house is beautiful, Micha is really kind and took us to many places. The house is located close to Micha's family home which we really loved as it meant we got to know the family :)

I highly recommend the guesthouse – it has an excellent location for skiing, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and serves delicious food.

I rested comfortably in a property with a good view. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, and both Mestia Airport and the city are within walking distance. My acquaintance gave me wine as a gift, so I had the opportunity to taste Georgian wine. It was comfortable because he always responded quickly. It's on a peaceful and quiet street, and the view is good.

The house is 2 floors + a very spacious basement floor with fireplace, kitchen and tables. We rented an entire place for 7 people, no one was accommodated. The hosts live on the 1st floor - a very hospitable family with great patience (we were never disturbed during the 4 days of the parties, although we were resting noisily and cheerfully), on the 2nd floor there are 5 bedrooms, a hall with a wood-burning stove and a terrace, a separate entrance from the street. Everything was very convenient, clean. Each bedroom has a water heater, constantly hot water with good pressure. The basement is created for recreation - you can arrange feasts, dance, fry kebabs. We really liked everything, thank you to Mariana and her family - great people, were understanding and allowed with the dog, every call came and solved all questions, treated us to dinner and did not disturb us at all. There is a parking space for a car in the yard. The nuances I want to warn you about are: 1. if winter - bring slippers, cold floor 2. 20 minutes walk to the center, if you need bars - settle closer 3. Do not refuse the cooking service, better than in the cafe!

Marexi’s family is really nice and friendly. We had diner and breakfast there with all the other guest. The food was great! Typical Georgian dishes. It was a great experience, I fully recommend

private house with a stunning open view. The balcony of the house facing a village view that also included an amazing mountain view. The mountain in front of the house is 3800 meters high!!! We were with a rented car and the house is a 4-minute drive from the city center. when you arrive in the town call Lia so she can help you find the place. Lia and her whole family are lovely people who helped us with any help we needed. Lia even occasionally gave us food that she cooked for her family and it was fun to taste homemade food. The accommodation unit has 2 rooms that share a toilet and shower. There is a shared kitchen that have everything you need. Keep in mind that the design of the house is a traditional Georgian style design, so it is quite simple. But we didn't lack anything during the 7 nights we slept there. The beds are good. The blankets are warm. We really enjoyed staying there and would happily go back there again. We highly recommend the place!!!!!

The place is exceptionally great! Room is spacious, it has a comfortable workplace and a private bathroom. There’s a water heater for 30-40l, which is more than enough for 1 person to take a hot shower. Views are great, kitchen is clean and it has an oven and a dishwasher, that eases cooking a lot. I think the place is absolutely worth its price. The only minor disadvantage is that during the day WiFi speed drops and the internet is really slow(as everyone connects and uses the WiFi). Closer to midnight the WiFi speed is enough to watch a movie online

David's building is right in the center of Mestia which is super convenient. there are many restaurants within 5 mins walk. it is also the starting point for all kinds of day tours around Mestia, overall the location is perfect. the room itself is very clean and well decorated, I enjoyed my stay a lot. Plus, David is very thoughtful and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Mesita.
