We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. A second stay, which once again didn't disappoint. The light and the view are beautiful in all weather, the beach of Pontaillac is both beautiful and friendly. The apartment is through, the room is in the back, quiet.

Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

A beautiful beachfront location. A very beautiful family house, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We did a lot of walking, in the center of Fouras, within walking distance. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Superb stay in a quiet and peaceful environment, beautiful house, spacious, renovated and carefully decorated. 6 very large rooms with very comfortable bedding. Perfectly suited to a large family like ours, there were 14 of us. Ideal outdoor area with pool at 26°C and Chalet in the very well appointed garden with fire pit where we spent most of our meals.
