Charming two bedroom home (50 m2) on the ground floor with private entrance, private toilet/bath/underfloor heating, small kitchen with fridge, induction stove, range hood and microwave. Beautiful light ☀️ from door sections and private cozy terrace. The home is best for a couple, but here can easily sleep two couples or Max 5. It's not soundproof between your living room and bedroom. 10 minutes walk to beach with jetty, to city streets, cafes and harbor environment. CROME-CAST TV and air conditioning. Lovely newly renovated house with underfloor heating, Genvex, covered terrace and garden, with a view of the city's beautiful landmark; Gåsetårnet. With just 50 meters to shopping, the town square and main street, you are close to everything and can enjoy your vacation in this little gem, which is located on a small cul-de-sac. With a 5-minute walk, you are up in the medieval castle area, which has beautiful ruins, Denmark's Castle Center, Botanical Garden and views of the harbor and the Farø bridges. And it's only a 10-minute walk to a forest.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Check-in from 3 p.m. Check-out before 11 a.m. Maximum 2 guests. No pets. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Note: the bedroom is on the 2nd floor and the toilet is on the ground floor.

From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.
