Beautiful place by the public access to the lake Annecy. Sophie was kind and the house was beautiful and comfortable.

Claude was very helpful from the minute we arrived till the end. The house is quite big and four bedrooms are great as we stayed with our family the whole time. Kitchen is a great size as well for large meal cooking and with the tables indoor and outdoor being quite big it was perfect for family dinners. It is only a few minutes walk from the little village where you can find amazing pastry, great baguette and breads, as well as a grocery stores in the pharmacy in the bars and restaurants We loved the place and we do recommend it to everyone else. Bérangère's place was superb! We were able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to a long sunny weekend. The view from the terrace is a big plus! If you want to enjoy a place to stay near Annecy, this is the perfect place to stay.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful accommodation, close to the lake, and in a very pretty village! Super accessible with the bus, which stops right in front of the house.

We had a great time, the garden of the apartment is really super nice, quiet and of a nice size! The apartment is very well appointed and spacious and comfortable enough for a family. Sandrine provided us with lots of advance advice on restaurants, shops and activities. The place is quiet and makes it easy to radiate to the different points of interest of the lake.

Great welcome with very nice surprises in the fridge. Coffee was also planned for the next day and even more. The space was sparkling clean and really located 2 minutes from the lake. You don't feel cramped, there is everything you need. I must note the quiet around the studio, no car noise or anything. Before we arrived, we received a lot of great recommendations. Super responsive host and tries to answer your questions by providing real help. The studio is easy to access (even without a car) and there is a convenience store, bakery, pizzeria, wine bar, pharmacy and small restaurants nearby. Veyrier is a very nice place. I can only recommend this place and I will come back without hesitation!

This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

We had a great time at Arnaud's place. The view from the accommodation is magnificent, directly on the lake. The apartment is clean and quiet. It is ideally located between city and mountain (6 min drive from Annecy, 15 min from Talloires and at the foot of many hikes.)

We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). We stayed a couple of nights in the apartment. It is a very nice apartment with a lovely balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and meets all needs. Talloires is a lovely village to stay in. We definitely recommend staying here.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

The place was perfect: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is nice, the hot water is available worry-free, and the kitchen has all the necessities. The setting is beautiful, with great views, and only 10 minutes from downtown Annecy. Guillaume, our host, was very welcoming, always available and responsive. Thank you for this great stay!

Vianney’s listing is beautifully designed and very clean. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and close by the old village. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.

We spent three night's at Metin's, the place is cosy and had everything we needed for a great stay. It is very close to the lake and makes a great base for exploring greater Annecy.
