Lovely stay, great location to climb Snowdon and then relaxing in the hot tub afterwards!

Fantastic little cottage in beautiful Snowdonia. The cottage was easy to find and is just off the main A5 yet so peaceful. There are so many walks that can be done from the cottage that you don’t need to use the car once there. Thank you to our hosts. We hope to come back again soon.

A wonderfully peaceful stay for a child-free couple of days to explore Snowdonia, which we know and love. The place was just what we needed. Can definitely recommend. Views exquisite, very very clean and wonderfully peaceful. Thank you.

Fantastic stay! Steven was a terrific host with great recommendations. Steven left the essentials which was very much appreciated with two small children. The Boys loved feeding the chickens and meeting Meg the dog! Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home!!

Had a lovely weekend break at Rosie’s property, the location was excellent just off the Rhyd Ddu path and in a lovely quaint quiet area. The cottage had everything you could ask for and was very clean and tidy, the hot tub being a lovely little touch. Had a really great experience from start to finish, Rosie was very helpful and the instructions provided were excellent. Would recommend to anyone contemplating!

We had the best stay with Nick and Charlotte. Their home is beautiful and in the most amazing spot. Couldn’t recommend it more highly and as hosts they were wonderful!

Where do I start?! The Barn was absolutely beautiful, it had everything we needed and more. The location was so handy to visit lots of other areas around (ZipWorld etc) and was so peaceful to come back to after a busy day. The hot tub was very much appreciated and it was a very private space. The views from the balcony and garden were absolutely stunning, tricky to beat them! When we arrived Andrew was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. The space in the Barn was so beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more, we couldn’t fault anything. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to visit again soon, definitely for longer next time!!!

A brilliant place to stay. Really good location, we did a couple of hikes and walked to the pub across the estuary (delicious food!) Only a short drive from Barmouth a lovely beach town! We will definitely be booking for next year!

Stunning traditional cottage in beautiful wales. Comfortable bed and clean kitchen area which was ideal after a long hike up Tryfan and Snowdon - Watkins Path to visit the waterfalls. Emma and Iwan were fast to respond to any queries we had and super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future! Thanks again to you both 😊

Fantastic little place. The location is perfect for exploring the area and well kitted out for 3 people and dogs. The garden is a sun trap and a lovely place to sit and eat. Highly recommend! And excellent communication from the host

Pippa's communication was very friendly and clear. The cottage is in a quiet location with a good sized garden and lovely views from the bedrooms. It is an old building with some low doorways and ceilings. It has been tastefully modernised with central heating. The main bedroom in particular is a very pleasant room. We had a very enjoyable few days there and felt quite at home. Some breakfast items and snacks were provided, with we hadn't expected. We accidentally left a dressing gown behind when we left and of her own accord Pippa offered to post it to us, which was very kind.

We had a lovely stay at Simon’s beautiful cottage. The bed was really comfy and there was no external noise (apart from the sheep!). It was such a peaceful few days and perfect for us with our 7 month old daughter and dog. The cottage is set on the hillside with stunning panoramic views. The garden is fenced all the way round and there’s a perfectly placed bench to watch the sunset. The interior was kitted out to a high standard and had all the basics you would need. Simon was very friendly and offered some great local recommendations. We will definitely be back one day to visit again - thank you!

Stayed from Friday 30th - Monday 2nd June Received clear instructions from Maggie on how to find the cottage Arrived just after 4 pm and key in the door Really enjoyed our stay as the location is beautiful Very peaceful and relaxing Nice shower room and plenty of hot water There are a few good places to eat close by and the tavern on the bay has such beautiful views and the food was really nice Loved seeing the bunnies during the day and also a pheasant Would deffo recommend Pobty Cottage

The cottage was very clean and comfortable , bed linen was great quality . Views from the back were exceptional and is a lovely sun trap . Communication with Mison was great , very quick to respond . Overall we had a fantastic break and would highly recommend recommend the cottage and would definitely look to book again .

Nicola's cottage couldn't be more cosy and comfortable. It's in an ideal location for stunning hikes in any direction, and if the weather isn't kind, then the cottage is the perfect place for snug afternoons reading by the the fire. We absolutely loved it!

Our stay was very brief- really just a bed for the night. Ceri was super helpful and communicative. Instructions for finding the house were very detailed and accurate. The cowshed was small but just perfect for what we needed. Would absolutely recommend.

We really needed a peaceful and relaxing break and Allan’s place was perfect for this. The house itself is on a quiet street and was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The location was great as we were able to do some lovely walks from the house and were able to get to other places we wanted to easily by car. There are a couple of nice pubs nearby and the proximity to Red Wharf Bay and Benllech was great to get to other restaurants, shops etc. We loved this place and would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at the cottage, so peaceful and felt so homely. Great recommendations from Mike, such as Dylan’s, where we enjoyed a meal one night. Our 5 year old loved our stay and was so sad to leave, she’s already asking when we can go back again. She loved getting to see the horses and dogs too, who were also super friendly! Paradise indeed! Beautiful cottage in stunning surroundings. Wonderfully peaceful for 4 day’s stay whilst working at the race circuit 15 minutes away in exceptionally comfy and cosy surroundings. Bed was comfortable, the shower fabulous and the kitchen came with everything you need. Karen and Dave were fabulous hosts and I wouldn’t hesitate to return when next in the area. Thank you both!

I've been staying at the campsite opposite for 25 years because of its location to the Snowdon park and ride and the vaynol arms pub which does the kind of portions of food you need after a hard day's activities, but this year was my 50th birthday so myself and partner a a couple of friends thought it would be a nice treat to dump the tent this time and it was. Our bed was so comfortable and the whole trip just perfect. We climbed over crib goch the first day, then took the bus to Caernarfon the next day to take a steam engine ride to Portmadoc then on last day we had a most interesting walk around the neighboring slate mine. Everything we did was so accessible from here it was great

Esther and Matt were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond. The cottage is beautiful and set in a stunning location in the middle of nowhere. We had the most relaxing time and even though the cottage is secluded it’s not far from all the amenities locally. Lots of lovely walks and some great places to eat as recommended by Matt as well as places to visit. We were a group of four people with age ranges between 30 and 66 and there is something for everyone. I cannot recommend this place enough, fabulous.

just spent 3 nights in Charlotte s cottage with our daughter and 2 grand daughters. Lovely setting. Well equipped. Clean and close to Snowdon Railway and Greenwood Adventure Park. Lots of space with parking. Had a very happy stay.
