Vacation rentals with a patio in Melbourne City

Amy’s Airbnb feels like a home away from home. It feels warm and welcoming, with a spacious living area, and lovely secluded bedroom. There are two courtyards so it really didn’t feel like an apartment to me. The description listed is very accurate. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Checkin is the easiest I have experienced with an Airbnb with very clear instructions, and throughout our stay Amy was very responsive and always there to help - even with unconventional requests she was so accommodating. The space is cleaned so thoroughly and feels very fresh. I can’t speak highly enough of Amy’s apartment. It is the best experience I have ever had in all my time on Airbnb.

This was a lovely flat in a great location. On a quiet side street but very close to the local shops of South Yarra. The locality has a friendly feel with the train station around 5 minutes walk; convenient for the city centre and outlying areas of Melbourne like the beach at Brighton.

Great location. Easy check-in and out. The space itself was clean and warm.

Livio's place was nothing short of a haven for my stay. It's very walkable, with a tram stop that takes you to the heart of the city 2 minutes away. Southern Cross is also right there, about a 10 minute walk but makes for super easy check in if you're flying. Bed was super comfortable, and he'd left a few snack/ breakfast things available for me as well which made the morning after I landed really convenient. Will absolutely book here again next time I need something central Melbourne.

I'm really happy with the place and the location , the owner give a clear instructions and really helpful and i really recommend the place for long term stay and definitely will rent there again

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Vals Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr zentral und die Öffis sind leicht ums Eck erreichbar. Das Bett war so gemütlich und der kleine Frontyard ist mit Kind Gold wert. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei dir übernachten durften Val!

Had a great stay for 5 nights with our toddlers. Perfect location lots of food around within walking distance.

We spend Easter Holidays with our Family visiting from Sydney and Annette's place was perfect! Super close to North Melbourne Station that gets you to the city very quickly. There's also a great local coffee roaster/cafe only a few min walks away. The living room was large for 6 people, and we loved playing with the boardgames that were at disposal. Annette was very responsive and left us some nice breakfast items at arrival. I would highly recommend and would love to be back for our next family trip!

A perfect peaceful escape & well located to transport and amenities. After a day out one comes back to a relaxing refuge and current decor and ambience. Perfect for doing your own thing in the kitchen or just relaxing indoors or out. Looking forward to our next visit….and may it be longer 🎶

Quite possibly our best air bnb stay ever. And we’ve stayed at a lot. It was my first time staying in a Melbourne terrace house. It was amazing!!!! Honestly never been to a place that matched the photos so perfectly. If not better. We stayed for 6 nights so we wanted more than just a hotel room. Would stay again tomorrow if we could. So close to south Melbourne markets which you can go to for breaky, lunch and get supplies for dinner if you want. Across from the tram stop too. Kara was an amazing host too. Went above and beyond for us. The shower pressure was so wonderful too! So good worthy of a comment haha. Highly recommend. Don’t second guess your decision to book this beautiful home. We had an amazing stay in Fitzroy! The house was beautiful and perfectly located - just steps away from vibrant bars and cafes, yet tucked away on a peaceful, tree-lined street.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Hosts were super responsive and helpful, the house was beautiful with an amazing rain shower head, good air con, tons of light and walkable but quiet neighborhood with a few shops, restaurants and lots of public transit access. Really nice home base for our trip. It was exactly as described, or better, and I'm so glad we found this place!

We had an amazing family stay at your lovely home. The location was amazing and we enjoyed frequenting the local cafes and restaurants. We equally had fun staying in & sitting in the sunlit courtyard.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

David and Natalie were amazing hosts. Very responsive, clean apartment with great views. They even went the extra mile and left a bottle of bubbles as they new we were getting married! Would stay here again. location was fantastic. easy to walk everywhere.

Leanne’s place is a magical little getaway; the views are absolutely breathtaking, photos do not do it justice. Perfectly located ontop of a Woolworths and walking distance from the cbd. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable bed and great amenities. If you’re after a quiet escape in the cbd, I cant recommend this place enough! Leanne was super responsive and catered to all my needs, which I appreciated :)

Upon entering the apartment, the views were stunning. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, just as described, and the gift baskets in each bedroom were a lovely touch. This place has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Deb and Rob are amazing hosts. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.
