Modern, clean and spacious apartment. We enjoyed our stay

The accommodation has a very good location, very clean and in a private place and without noise, it has air conditioning and TV in the 3 rooms and in the kitchen everything you need, I would definitely book on my next visit

Excellent place, it had everything advertised, the hosts are always available for any issues and the check-in was quite flexible on their part, a very quiet place, perfect for resting, 100% recommended, I would definitely come back.

Perfect place to rest and spend a moment of tranquility. It has everything you need to be comfortable, a well equipped kitchenette, airfryer, cooler and a large smartTV in front of the bed that is by the way super comfortable😊 Alexander always responds quickly and is very friendly!! The shower is modern and in general the room is very modern, everything was clean and the real room felt like a 5-star hotel. I recommend it 100% and of course I will be back!!! :)

We had another great stay at this apartment. It’s clean, located in a gated community with parking, and easily accessible on the first floor. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the building is well-maintained. The hosts are always available to answer any questions, which we really appreciate. Location is also very convenient, with restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores just minutes away. Overall, it was a solid choice, and we’d stay again!"

Beautiful and very clean place, the host was very friendly and has good communication. The only negative was a little noise that was heard from the other apartments during the morning and some birds.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Safe and quiet and easy access with Uber. A bunch of restaurants and other things close by. It’s nice to wake up to a good view!! This is definitely a must use if you’re solo traveling. Melinda made the process easy. Totally would recommend!

This is our third stay for a good reason and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! We had an amazing stay at Ray’s & Karlamaria’s place! The apartment was spotless, well equipped with a good personal taste and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Ray and Karlamaria are outstanding hosts, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and great communication! Since our arrival, we fell in love with its location. The access is well controlled and the security was very friendly, as well as in the lobby. They instructed us on how to use the parking lot and were at our service for anything we needed. The apartment was clean and tidy; the host was always communicating with me to be aware of whether I needed anything, so applause for that. The stay was quiet and pleasant. I would definitely rent this space again.

The apartment is perfect for our stay in San Salvador, very comfortable, with all beds me and my family needed. We found in the appartment everything we needed it to make our days comfortable. The Location is great, close to Planes de Renderos, and lot of places to eat. There's also a supermarket and Mr Donuts ( good place to have breakfast) just 6 min walking. From the little balcony in the back you have a lot of beautiful trees and birds that sing all day, making your mornings so special!! The apartment complex is very safe, and it has elevator straight to the door. the best part is the great communication with Mayra, she is an amazing host. She did everything possible to make our stay like home. I highly recommend this precious place!!!💓
