Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Medianía Baja

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

Sandra’s was a perfect spot for a quiet vacation. My two-year-old and I went from the beach to the pool each day while Dad worked and we were some of the only people around. The place was clean and just what we needed…and a close drive to el Yunque and San Juan. There were more supplies than listed, so we were well equipped for the week.

Echoing other reviews that said this place is a hidden gem, it absolutely is! Loíza itself doesn’t have a lot going on but it’s so close to many of the places we wanted to see/activities we wanted to do while in PR. The property was clean, had what we needed in the kitchen, and lots of linens. The washer/dryer was a huge perk as well. I can’t say enough about the private beach access out back… we would find ourselves pushing other plans off because we wanted to stay at the beach. We were the only ones there every day and it was a total dream. We would most definitely book this stay again!

Great Host, property was clean, welcoming, roomy and comfortable enough for our family of 7 to enjoy a movie, we would stay again. The pool was great and easy access. The beach is nice with easy access, less than 100 yards from the for to gate.

The place is well maintained and nice location. Private beach access is cool. The main security staff are very nice and always friendly. The house provides two beach chairs and they are very useful. The place is fellt like a home. Damaris is very responsive. Highly recommended.

The house is just as described- comfortable and super clean. Ready with games and activities for the family to enjoy at the house . Steps away from the beach or pool located on the premises. Our family had an incredible vacation thanks to the comfort and amenities Pablo’s condo has to offer. This place was fully equipped from kitchen bath laundry & beach items. This place has it all! My kids 7 & 15yrs old were never bored. So many games for family night and toys for the younger ones. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable and had many pillows and blankets. The beach right out the back door was never crowded and the ocean was clear and calm with smaller waves but perfect enough to have beach days without having to go anywhere. Also many outdoor toys beach chairs tents and sand toys. And lots of beach towels The pool in the front was always an amazing place to hang out with lots of space chairs lounge chairs and tables. The air conditioning in every room was ice cold and the fans on the outdoor patio made it so refreshing to hang out even on the hot days. Out of the many airbnbs we have stayed at this one is one we will definitely be booking again

Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

Beautiful home, location, safe. Host was willing, friendly and respectful. They were just a text away when needed. Home had an amazing terrace with a great view. Beds were comfortable and clean. We recommend and would stay again.

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better just steps from the beach, with the sound of the waves as your daily soundtrack. Waking up to ocean views and enjoying coffee on the patio was pure magic. The space was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated with a laid-back beach vibe. The bed was super comfortable, and the place stayed cool even during the heat of the day. Fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and everything you need in the kitchen made it feel like home. The hosts were warm, responsive, and gave amazing local recommendations from surf spots to hidden food gems. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway in Puerto Rico, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and it had so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. There were even toys for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The space was well organized, and the complex felt safe and peaceful at all times. The pools were simply spectacular — perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. One of the highlights was how attentive and responsive the hosts were. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. We’d definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Javier was amazing! Best host I’ve had thus far. I will definitely stay with him if I’m back in the area. If you’re looking for a great stay with a great host look no further.

I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.

my family and i had a wonderful time in puerto rico! elias was extremely communicative, and helpful during our stay. the place was exactly what we had expected, and we enjoyed having access to the pools, private beach, and nearby attractions. would stay here again!

The place was pristine and exactly as described and then some. There were some things included in the place that was incredibly useful to our trip that would’ve been a hassle to pack and bring or even buy. The space was kid friendly and family friendly. I would definitely book with Vanessa again. The location was safe and secure with so much to do. Very close to a lot of excursions, restaurants, shopping centers, pharmacies and gas stations. This was one of the best vacation rentals and best vacations.
