Vacation rentals with a patio in Medianía Baja

The private beaches sand was soft, on of the best private beaches we've been to even though it's small. Ruth was extremely responsive and friendly. There wasn't an extra blanket for one of the trundle beds and she brought one right over. we loved the property grounds, and the top floor patio. The food in the immediate area isn't great but the food everywhere else is. Would definitely book again.

Cesar was a great host and very accommodating. He was friendly, professional, and very responsive. There was an island-wide power outage, and Cesar immediately reached out to assist as best he could and give us updates on the progress of repairs. He even had lanterns stocked in the apartment. Luckily, the power outage was only about 12 hours. The condo was great. It was spacious and equipped with all the essentials we needed. Unfortunately, the lazy river was under renovation during our stay, but all the pools were great. I think there were 4 or 5 pools total. My family had a great experience.

This is a great, family orientated place. Plenty to do with a choice of a few different pools and direct beach access. Close to restaurants and about 30 min from the airport. The space was very nice and clean.

Great location, short drive to many activities, multiple beaches in the area. Outdoor areas very nice.. balcony, roof top area, pool, and beach… Host very responsive. Can’t wait to visit again.

nicks place was so lovely !!! the drive was beautiful!!! his place was perfect I used the rooftop more then anything!!!! rooms were very comfortable and clean !!! multiple balconies ...so definitely had privacy. no complaints or any trouble. I was gone exploring puerto rico so didn't get to check out the beach or pool but both looked beautiful I would stay here again forsure!!! He had everything you need ... washer dryer ect ...wine cooler ... peaceful stay.

Excelente alojamiento, tal como se muestra en fotos, es nuestra primera vez usando un tipo de apartamento en esta modalidad de alquiler y fue una muy buena experiencia, Ramón super ágil en respuesta de inquietudes y remitió comunicado ya que en P.R tuvo un apagón general en la fecha que estamos.

Ruth’s place was wonderful. I felt right at home, we were a group and we were all comfortable. Such a cozy modern home, very thankful for the quick response to any questions and would love to come back, the place was just what we hoped for.

My three children and I had an amazing week. The roof top was perfect for them warm nights. Everything was just perfect. Cute little grocery store at the corner or the entrance was such a bonus. Thank you again we will definitely be back!

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

I can't recommend this Airbnb in Puerto Rico enough! Our stay was simply amazing. The property had a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, it was conveniently located within short driving distance of fantastic restaurants, charming cafés, and the gorgeous beaches. We loved being able to stroll out and enjoy the local scenery whenever we wanted. This place truly made our trip unforgettable.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

This was a great place to stay at book at 5:15 PM and we were able to check in at 6 PM. It’s 20 min from Luquio beach, and 20 min from the airport. We checked in, everyone showered, 2 full bathrooms. The host was so kind, bottled water, cans of coke and chips, along with a note. He really came in handy because we hadn’t went to the store for supplies yet. And it was pouring rain. The five of us were able to all have our own beds. As women, we needed some space and rest on our last night b4 travel. Around 8:30pm we decided to go to the movies! The outlet mall is 10 minutes up the street! And there is a 24hr coffee shop near by! The host let us stay an extra hour, while waiting on group instructions from our other members close by! It was very helpful to have the extra time, to sit and plan our Rent-A-Car pick up and drop offs, so we weren’t sitting in the car outside in the rain waiting on directions. Great host, great space, peaceful, gated home, Tv works, WiFi is fast!

STAY HERE! Perfect spot for a small family. And some of the best hosts we’ve come across on this app. We booked this last minute due to a bad experience we had at a different air bnb. Annie offered for us to check in early because we explained the situation. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. The location is perfect. Beach, pool, rooftop, hot tub. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Book it. You won’t regret it.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Liz’s place we took a late flight from ny and arrived in Puerto Rico around 4 am and Liz was willing to accommodate our early arrival which was absolutely generous,The location and seclusion with security on the premises my family and I felt very safe, this penthouse villa was amazingly beautiful it was clean and very comfortable to relax in, Liz recommended a lot of local places for us to visit which we appreciate because we enjoyed ourselves but the most spectacular part of our honeymoon was my wife sipping wine and myself smoking a finely made cigar we purchased from old San Juan the cigar house watching the sunrise over the ocean as we exchanged conversation about our life together moving forward at the private beach on location this will be a memorable sketch in our minds forever. I strongly recommend this penthouse villa to Liz and Adrian thank you and we look forward to returning in the near future.

We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We had a big group of 11 and had more than enough space to all feel comfortable. The communication was great, the pools and beach access was fun everyday, had everything for cooking in the kitchen each day, and we all felt safe and at home. I am so grateful to have found such a great place for my family to enjoy our vacation. Thank you for everything!

The property was exactly so described. the beach was nice & so were the pools.

Jose’s place is perfect between all of the excursions for us and we were so glad we chose to be here instead of old San Juan. It was secured with 24/7 guards, great community and a few steps away from the beach. It is as described with all the amenities. Don’t hesitate to book here!

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

From start to finish, we were not once disappointed with this BNB. Jay was responsive and very helpful from check in to check out. This location is great. There is a well-stocked local supermarket just a few minutes' walk from location. The pool is well maintained and clean, the beach that is on premise is very nice and relaxing. The price of the accommodation was well worth it, the security on premise is adequate and helpful for recommendations.

Comfortable and accommodating stay with easy beach access, and you can walk down to the beach to get to town easily! We would absolutely come back again. Very comfortable stay for two couples, and it seems like it would be quite comfortable for six people as well.
