It was a nice place in a quiet location. It was a clean apartment the bedding and towels smelled nice ! You have a large garden at your disposal when you sit on the balcony you will see the beautiful sea! Only downside is that you do not have the entire villa at your disposal as it is advertised but only the upper floor. the price is good for what you get some things are due to replacement. Nice host

The Apartment was great. It has more than enough space, the beach is literally 2 minutes on foot. Well, located. The apartment was very clean, it looked exactly like on the pictures and the kitchen was pretty. I never cooked by myself because mostly I was eating out. Cabo Negro's golden sandy beaches are among the most Beautiful in the region, offering visitors stretches of sand to bask in the sun is a beautiful. It is also a good location for short trips. Marwan was very kind and already welcomed me when I arrived. The apartment has 2 large Bedrooms + 1 Kitchen + 2 large Bathrooms + Saloon + and balcony with a view to the Mediterranean Sea. TV is big + WIFI. I will for sure revisit this place again. Thank you Marwan

Initially a little fearful due to the novelty of the listing, we finally trusted Rentila Services after an exchange that reassured us. We absolutely did not regret it! 👌🏻 Host was very responsive from start to finish, excellent relationship. As for the apartment, it's just nice! Suitable for 4 people, we had a lovely week and felt right at home. The terrace was a big favorite, ideal place for breakfast facing greenery and the sea 😍 I would highly recommend it for the quality of the services (compared to other listings in the area) 👌🏻

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Everything was in line with the description and photos. The apartment was very clean and comfortable to live in. The safety in and around the residence was excellent! There are many activities to do within minutes walking, and the beach is also very close. Unfortunately we only had a few days, otherwise we would have stayed longer. See you soon! 😉

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.
