Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen und alles sehr gut erreichbar (Ski-/Wandergebiete, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc.) Christian ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter und hat uns alle notwendigen Informationen sehr zeitnah und ausführlich übermittelt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Sogar Tiefgarage und beheizbarer Skikeller. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können ihn als Vermieter sehr empfehlen

Wonderful place, we stayed long term and had everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable beds, clean and warm(I thought would be cold with those big beautiful windows :) but was warm) Very good internet for remote working. Short trip by car (15 -20 min)to ski in: kaprun/zell am see/ kitzbuhel area/ weissee uttendorf Nill family was extremely nice and welcoming and made our stay just like home! Thank you for hosting us and I hope to return soon!

Wir waren im Februar zum Skifahren in Andreas' Appartement, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. In nur wenigen Minuten gelangt man zu Fuß zur Bergbahn. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem tollen Apartment. Sauna und Whirlpool waren der Hammer. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Fotos der Anzeige geben nicht annähernd den Standard wieder. Wir hätten uns lediglich etwas mehr Geschirr gewünscht, aber sonst war alles bestens. Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen.

Modernes Einzelzimmer mit Balkon in die Natur

Klasse Unterkunft mit flexiblen Check-In-Zeiten durch Self-Check-In. Angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und inklusive Frühstück. Auf Nachrichten (Fragen, usw.) wurde schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden.

Manfred ist ein super Gastheber, das Appartement war ebenfalls super. 2. Stock, schöne Aussicht auf den See. Der Balkon etwas Windgeschützt gebaut. Alles war super erreichbar. Die Küche hat keinen Backofen, was beim Kochen aber kein Problem ist. Muss man sich eben anders orientieren oder essen gehen. Check-in & -out flexibel, auch da wir doch etwas später als geplant da waren. Bäcker und Supermarkt direkt im die Ecke. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

3br penthouse with sauna & garden next to ski lift

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

TOP Urlaub im Zillertal TIROL 2-5 Personen

Wir haben uns während der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön, die neu renovierten Zimmer lassen es einem an nichts missen und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Alexa and Anna’s family owned place is a gift to anyone who stays here. I can’t recommend it highly enough. They have created a beautiful and nurturing environment and have thought of everything you might need from a beautiful display of bulk herb teas and coffee to a swimming pool surrounded by gorgeous flowers, a terrace for enjoying the view, a spa with many things that you can use for no additional cost like an infrared room and massage chairs. The rooms are comfortable and ours had a lovely view. You can walk to town from there and also to various hikes. There are bikes free to use and a playground for kids. Even though they can accommodate 70 people , you really feel the personal touch and connection with the members of the family who own and run it. The bedroom what spacious, quiet, had A well stocked kitchen with nice dishes and glasses. Unlike some places there were plenty of spaces to hang things up including for wet clothing. It was 10 out of 10 on the cleanliness scale.

Lovely apartment with direct access to the garden

Very confortable apartment for our 4 persons family, with a nice garden where we ate the breakfast everyday ! We appreciated a lot its location in Telfes, a quiet and nice little village. From there it was easy to go hiking from to the different moutains in the Stubai valley (the Stubai card included in the stay is a great plus). There is also a tram/train just 5 min from there to go to Innsbruck. A great outdoor+inddor aquatic park is also few minutes away by walk ! A small grocery shop is also 3 minutes away.

Zeer mooi appartement, voldeed meer aan onze verwachtingen. Bedden lagen goed, ruimtes waren schoon en keuken is gevuld met kleine dingen zoals vaatwastabletten en keukenzout waar je normaal bijna niet aan zou denken. Ondanks dat het verblijf dicht bij de hoofdstraat ligt was het er erg rustig in de avond. Maar ideaal bereikbaar vanaf het verblijf op een paar minuten afstand. Beneden in het pand is er nog een ruimte waar de skies en schoenen warm opgeruimd konden worden. De eigenaar is een zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame die altijd voor je klaar staat voor vragen of een gezellig praatje. Verblijf zou ik zeker aanraden aan anderen.

Wir waren zu viert in Jasmina‘s Appartement untergebracht. Leicht zu erreichen steht das wunderschöne Haus in einer sehr ruhigen und wunderschönen Berglandschaft. Auch für Attraktionen und ähnliches wurde von der Familie vorgesorgt, ein Ordner mit Informativen Angeboten in der Gegend lag bereit und ein sehr nettes Willkommens Geschenk wartete bereits auf uns. Auch mit dem Auto oder leicht zu Fuß erreichbar ist ein extrem schöner Fußballplatz im nächsten Ort auf dem man freundlich dazu eingeladen wird Fußball zu spielen (kleiner Geheimtipp für alle Fußballer).

Apartment "Traumland"

wir hatten einen wirklich tollen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Frank ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Wohnung wurde wie beschrieben vorgefunden - sehr schön und super Lage.

Wir waren eine Nacht Gast bei Anita! Das Studio ist klein aber der Platz maximal gut genutzt! Man kann hier auch länger bleiben! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, die Gastgeberin gab einen ein gutes Gefühl! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
