The homestay is located right in the heart of Perth’s CBD, making it an excellent base with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, always ready to answer any questions we had. The only downside is the lack of dedicated residential parking, which can make parking a bit of a challenge. However, overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

Great deal and location to be near Fremantle and Perth. Spotless kitchen and place, very easy and clear instructions to get in. Two bathrooms, one in master and one common with two queen beds. Suitable for 4 guest. Guest will have to climb up one flight of stairs so not suitable for accessibility needs.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

I spent the last three nights of my stay in Southwest Australia at Magnus and Aurelia's apartment. The apartment is in a prime location yet quiet, very clean, and generously furnished. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the veranda and making plans for the day. The apartment includes free parking. Within walking distance, you'll find a fantastic selection of restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The bus station on Shepperton Road is a five-minute walk away, and the bus takes you directly to the center of Perth. Communication was easy, and Magnus gave me useful tips on what to see. I would stay there again anytime.

Had an amazing 8 night stay in April/May. Space was perfect for 4 people and had all the home away from home comforts. Close to local parks and only a short Uber into the city, we felt it was the perfect base for sightseeing.

Great location, walkable to the centre, very convenient to catch public transport including free buses. Alan is very good at communicating, responding to our queries swiftly, recommending sightseeing, transport etc. It was an excellent stay.

Very beautiful home with a lot of space for a small family looking for a getaway. It’s in a very safe area with the shops only around the corner which is very accessible. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place!

Our stay in Scarborough was great, the accommodation suited our family perfectly. Lena is a great host and was always super responsive. The house was very clean and comfortable, we loved the outdoor area as well. Having two bathrooms and a separate toilet was so handy when travelling in our family group. The beach was in walking distance and there were some great restaurants nearby. Thank you Lena.

dellas house was close to the beach and shops, inside the house was stocked with anything and everything you might find the need for we especially loved the surprise of the games that we found! loved pictionary and jenga! just a short stroll to beach and shops but was in a quiet and peaceful area we would definitely stay again if we are in the area

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.

This is our first Airbnb experience of an entire house. We were very unsure at first but we found to our delight a helpful, responsive host plus an excellent clean fairly large place to stay. The house is well maintained, everything works ! The reverse-out to the main road was a bit a challenge at first though, but got used to it after a few tries. overall, highly recommend this place, good price too.

We had a fabulous stay in Scarborough which was everything we needed. The house was clean, tidy and spacious for a big family group. Disappointed in only 2 champagne glasses and unfortunately host was unable to rectify over the weekend. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend.
