Vacation rentals with beach access in Mayagüez

My daughter and I stayed at Rithy's beautiful spot this past week and it was just fantastic. The spot is not only absolutely beautiful, but so serene and healing. The apartment was exactly as described, perfectly appointed, and very clean. The location was perfect -- just a short drive to downtown and public places, but enough out of the way to be quiet and peaceful. Rithy was on hand during our stay and was so kind and attentive, provided us with great information, and was very generous. I would highly recommend this special place and I plan on coming back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and quiet. It was great to sit and have coffee on the balcony and listen to the ocean in the morning:) The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. Walking distance to multiple beach spots and restaurants. Lyselys was quick to respond and even checked in to make sure we were OK when the island lost power. The building had a backup generator, so even with a power outage we were good to go! We'd definitely stay again!

Came with a group of friends for a trip. Amazing place to stay. Literally right on the beach and it was beautiful. The check in was super easy and everyone there was super responsive. Much more of a chill/private vibe. Highly recommend and 100% will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at José's place! It was exactly as described, clean and welcoming upon arrival, and all check-in instructions were very clear. José communicated well with us before and during our stay. The location is excellent for walking to the beach, nearby restaurants/bars/shops, and Rincon Art Walk. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable - we slept wonderfully. Likewise, the AC and ceiling fans worked perfectly and, even while only running both while we were home and turning them off while out - we were always perfectly cool. For the price, you can't beat José's place!

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in the heart of Rincón! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great local restaurants and shops nearby. The amenities made beach access super convenient, and everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the town effortless. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Plus, the host was very attentive to all needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Rincón at its best!

We have the best time in Puerto Rico. The Airbnb was exactly what we imagined. Host was very responsive and always ready to help or provide anything that was missing. Location was perfect, right on the beach, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and organized. Bed was as very comfortable and ac was on point. Beautiful place! I really recommend. Thank you Hector and wife for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place.

During our stay there was a power outage in PR and the apartment had a generator that supplied power to the entire apartment. This gave us peace of mind. We were able to cook, bathe with hot water and sleep with a/c. Karl answer quickly every message. Location is great, the apartment is cleaned and had everything we needed for the stay. Will definitely be staying here again!!

This was our second time staying at John's place we absolutely love their home. The house is perfect, we love the backyard area. The palm trees, outdoor furniture and pool are amazing. The rooftop area is nice with beauiful views. The island had a power outage and thankfully the house had a generator. We didn't even notice at first that the power was out. The generator kicked right on. John was so awesome communicating with us, so kind and helpful. We highly recommend this house because they have everything you need. The location is great, walkable to the beach and restaurants.

Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

Alycia was a gracious host. There was a last-minute change in our initial Airbnb and Alycia made it right, going out of her way to make sure that we got into a place just as nice and that we were comfortable and set for our time in Rincon!

Juan’s house was perfect for our vacation, it was a comfortable place to rest between our beautiful days horseback riding, enjoying the beach and taking in all that Rincon had to offer. We stayed in the same neighborhood last year on vacation, and it is a wonderful quiet neighborhood I would recommend to any family. We live the culture and natural beauty of the area and Juan’s house was a perfect place to enjoy it

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at, and I feel like I’ve been to some pretty incredible places. For our family of 7 everything was very enchanting. When we travel we play hard and adventure as long as we have the energy to and it was so nice to have this peaceful property to come back to or wake up to. It didn’t have a fancy hotel feel, it felt like this was a home we live in and we’re so comfortable being there. The back patio is awesome, the property is so nice to play around on and lounge in, the ocean was so close and very private. We liked that we could lock up the property, we felt completely safe the entire time and getting to know Papo was enjoyable. Christopher the host was quick to communicate with. We appreciate the whole experience.

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

What more could you want than this view and this gorgeous beach all to yourself most mornings and evenings! Sleeping with the sound of the waves… this was a great space for our family, for the kids to swim, for meals in the kitchen and coffee on the balcony. We would love to come back again. We recently stayed at Don Peter and Aleida’s house, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was very well organized and extremely clean. It felt very cozy to be there. The fact that it was right in front of the beach was a huge plus, exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, we experienced two days without power due to a general blackout across Puerto Rico, but Don Peter was incredibly attentive and took great care of the generator, which provided us with electricity during that time. It was truly an experience we loved, and we definitely plan to return and enjoy their property again. Don Peter and Doña Aleida are wonderful hosts. A thousand thanks!

Beautiful and peaceful place

What an amazing sunset views and great recommendations of restaurants and things to do around Rincon by the host. Will definitely plan to come back here. The host was very accommodating for a late checkout when my wife was not feeling well.

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

Rent with Joshua!! The unit was better than advertised. Super clean. Gorgeous views. The outside shower and pool are great features after a long day in the ocean. The little beach right on the property is great as well!! The unit is 10-15 minutes from downtown Rincon and all major beaches. Joshua left very detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. He is extremely responsive with any questions. We loved the beach/surf Rincon vibes after a few days on the east side of the island. We are already discussing our return trip. Great value here. Don't miss!!

Daniel is an easy going, great guy to communicate with. He responded to any questions I had in just a few minutes. Daniel’s place is great! In between going to restaurants, walks, scenic drives and beach days we enjoyed the deck immensely. We enjoyed it for leisure morning coffee, the amazing sunsets and everything in between. My husband and I even enjoyed the water view from inside while watching tv. The locals in the community were super friendly. After much research, I booked this place because of the amazing water view, sunsets, adequate running water, great running ACs in every room (if needed) walkability to great eateries and easy drive to everything else Anasco and Rincon are known for. Yes, the road to the condo is steep to drive and walk up and down but you will get used to it - go slow and careful. Affordable and great places to eat are a short walk right up the main road - La Fiebre and Kaplash - approx 5-7 min walk. Of course you can have coffee in the condo but
