Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mayabeque

The house location is great. Elizabeth was lovely and helped us get a driver, Pedro, in a '50s car. The driver that took us to the rest of places in Cuba super well. Highly recommended!

Margarita's house is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The pictures don't actually do it justice. The back yard is very large and lush, full of fruit trees and song birds. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon. The home has everything you might need. Margarita was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Niurka and Nieve, the sisters who cook breakfast and clean up, are so wonderful. We are gluten free and our daughter is also vegetarian. They provided great breakfasts full of fruit, cheese and eggs any way you want them. They could not, obviously, provide gluten free bread. However, we brought our own pancake mix and they became experts very quickly. We also asked them to prepare us some meals, which were delicious. The cost is similar to what you'd pay in a restaurant, but we had so much that we had leftovers for the next evening (and then some). A great chance to have some tasty Cuban cuisine. The house is in a small neighbourhood right across from the fortifications. If you want to get over to the other side of the harbour, you'll need a taxi (about 10 cuc). It's very peaceful. I really can't say enough about this place!

The house is near the Capitol. Very central. It is comfortable and at night it sleeps well and noises. It is as shown in the pictures in the listing. Tamara and sibling are always there to greet you in whatever they can. The girl who does the cleaning, Indira, apart from having the house very clean, it helps you a lot too. She has you prepared water in the fridge and other food and the day you arrive it suits you very well. If you want to spend a few days in the heart of the city, this house is highly recommended.

Selected this location for its proximity to Fábrica de Arte Cubano but even though the FAC was closed for remodeling we were happy to have found it. Guest area is on the second floor of a big home on the corner of the intersection of two streets with a veranda elevated above the street corner. There were lots of plants and creature comforts at this unit and the housekeeper Belkis was awesome! Though this review rates the property at five stars it's rating is intended to be relative to other properties in the area. So, even though there was some street noise in the rooms at night (nice touch providing the ear plugs) and the common area wasn't air conditioned it was still much nicer than surrounding properties. Thanks for such a nice stay and thanks again for Belkis- she's charming, thorough and attentive!

We had a wonderful stay at casa densil. However, it’s important to note the following: - if you are looking for a 5-star luxury stay in a high end neighborhood, this may not be for you. - if you are looking to live amongst the people, experience the culture, and truly see the city, this is the place for you We always felt safe walking (we didn’t typically stay out past 10pm), but the neighborhood(s) surrounding casa densil are pretty run down. But the location was great for us as we were able to walk almost anywhere within 10-15 min. The amenities were limited, but we had hot running water, electricity, food & beverage, beds and functioning air conditioning However, what made casa densil an unforgettable stay was less about the location and amenities, it was the people. I will fail to name them all, but we literally had 9 people committed around the clock to making our stay memorable. They were swift to help us out with literally anything. We will never forget them!

This was was beyond amazing! I rented this house for the weekend before my wedding we arrived here on Wednesday and our wedding was Friday the house was BEYOND AMAZING there was an amazing space for everyone! We were more then comfortable when we rented the entire property of 4 bedrooms 3 baths the house has one entire home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen then right next to that home was an entire bungalow which was also included it had 1 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen included! Host stays in upper home but he was beyond amazing from taking us to local spots to eat to finding us rides to places I also had the photographer and videographer come and see the location and take photos of us here and the house decorations and cleanliness was beyond amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

Lili’s apartment was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and very comfortable. She was an exceptionally professional host, greeting us warmly upon arrival and thoughtfully providing a cell phone for hotspot use. She went above and beyond, offering helpful tips for navigating the complexities of Old Havana and even offering to help us exchange money. Her team, including George the taxi driver, were so kind and professional, as well. Lili’s helpfulness and attention to detail made our stay in Havana a truly memorable experience. We would 100% recommend staying here.

Diana is a 10 host. She is kind, helpful, attentive, caring, discreet, respectful...my daughter and I were a few sick days and her concern and familiarity confirmed that being in her apartment was a hit. Apartments of more or less comfort we can find without a doubt, the difficult thing is to find a host who knows how to combine attention and at the same time respect your privacy and living space and Diana gives that balance in an exceptional way. His apartment is located in an unbeatable area of Vedado where there is all kinds of service and from which you can move without problems to other places and not to do so, the terraces of the apartment are perfect to rest with a good coffee or whatever it affects. Thank you thousand Diana for being so special, my family and I are more than satisfied and I recommend to the Airbnb Community, that in Havana they do not miss the opportunity to be in their apartment and have the joy of meeting them. We met with Claudia's mother Jakeline who was absolutely lovely. She was easy to talk to despite a slight language barrier. She was very helpful and really made the stay great. It was a short walk from the viazul station and near to revolution square which was handy. We also enjoyed walking around the nearby university which is very beautiful.

The place is identical as in the images posted, the hosts were very kind and kind , the place is located in a safe area, the care of the habana are very friendly and they are always willing to help in what you need , without hesitation I would recommend the accommodation I would stay again

Very happy to have stayed with Yurguen from the beginning to the end she cared about every need or demand we had , she went to pick us up at the airport, she is very helpful , responsible, honest, friendly , she made us feel at home with every detail she had , super recommended . He always helped us with every situation, for example, we were presented with a personal problem, something external with the airbnb and he supported us quite a bit in resolving it, he became our friend. The apartment is very nice, quite contemporary , water and gas was never a problem , with an air conditioning that works quite well , it has a comfortable glass table to read or study , a balcony to go out for a rich cup of coffee and a quite comfortable bed, certainly my best decision.

I recommend, without reservation, Walter and Mabel's apartment. It's spacious, comfortable and very clean. It's equipped with everything you need to have a good stay. Walter and Mabel are very good people, friendly, cordial and affectionate. I appreciate the experience, especially the hospitality.

Excellent place very recommended Alain's attention and Mily was quite good, they were very attentive all the time and answered quite quickly. I like that the accommodation being on a high floor is almost not surrounded by noise and is at an intermediate point between Old Havana and Vedado, which is where the most representative tourist sites to know Habana are located. Without a doubt, it is very economical for the excellent accommodation it is, to reach the capitol it is only necessary to walk in a straight line and now.

We had a wonderful stay! Yenier was very responsive prior to our trip and shared so much helpful information. Once we arrived, Gretel the concierge and Gladys the housekeeper took care of everything from cooking breakfast to arranging dinner reservations and tours. Every suggestion Gretel made turned out to be spot on! The use of a phone with a local number was so helpful and having WiFi available at the house was great. Thank you for making our visit to Cuba memorable!

They were great.. been very accomodating. House has very comfy beds. Showers had awesome water pressure. Breakfast was fabulous also. Joli was wonderful

From the moment we arrived, Yaquelin and Laura made us feel welcome. They took time to show us around and get us settled. The home is so much better than the pictures. If there was a 10 plus rating, Villa Baby deserves it. Having on suite bathrooms for each bedroom and a half bath on each floor in a rental home is amazing. The beds were comfortable and the house is kept clean. Mariano lovingly cares for the grounds and it shows. The outside area and pool are beautiful. Having Mariano there to ensure the house was locked up at night made us feel safe. The location is fabulous, great for walkers, walkable to restaurants and small markets and the main market is only one mile away. The location is a quick inexpensive ride to Vedado Havana. Barbara is responsive, even helping me find a nearby rental for our friends. I would highly recommend you rent Villa Baby. Thanks to Laura, Yaquelin, and Mariano for taking good care of our group and for our delicious breakfasts.

This host is just amazing, always proactive to offer a multitude of advice and service, taxi order for example, collective (unique experience) or private, advice on payments and uses in Havana, exchange proposal at a favorable rate. About this place, I award the label "Nuits calmes", a label offered by me! Indeed, it is very important for me to be certain, on vacation, to be able to sleep peacefully. And in an almost permanent boiling neighborhood, it's very important. The room opens onto a very nice patio where you have your homemade breakfast. A more general note: Cuba needs us, tourists. Don't listen to the negative reviews, I spent 7 days in Havana without any insecurity issues, even hanging out late everywhere. A rule of thumb: Don't walk with jewelry, or your mobile phone in hand, there may be robbery, like under the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
