We love our stay in Matinhos. The apartment is very comfortable, well located, was impeccable, very clean and organized. The view is wonderful, close to other beaches, restaurants and markets. The concierge staff are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Cassandra's apartment, and we'll be back at the next opportunity.

The location is great too, close to everything! On top of all of this, the host is extremely attentive and dear!! We feel very welcome! Undoubtedly a place I recommend with my eyes closed and I want to return as soon as possible!

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
