Vacation rentals with beach access in Matinhos

For the purpose of only being close to the beach for a few days, the apartment is optimal. The amenities with "Alexia commands" are great. Keep in mind whether it works in other languages. The bathroom door is stuck, the possibility to offer bed linen and bath towels would be interesting, but in total there are 5 stars to be given. The way to the beach is perfect.

It was one of the most pleasant stays that my husband and I had at a time on the beach. The place is amazing, for those who like tranquility and enjoy a rest time. Very helpful Camila and interested in helping us, Babi is kind and solicitous, like the Guto caretaker of the building. Excellent place if you go with your partner and pet, close to the main avenue that connects with Caioba-Matinhos and the port for Guaratuba, I highly recommend it. My boyfriend and I are spacious with luggage, so despite mentioning that it can accommodate up to 4 people, because we were full of luggage the place for two was great. For those who are not from the region, Marcelo knows how to guide and give a lot of information, it is a strategic area to stay, as it is in the middle of the coast, in addition to being in the area of the Caravelas resort, a quiet, family place, but with medium and strong waves. The stay was wonderful. The Praia Grande bathhouse is extraordinary, by the way, how beautiful the revitalization of the Matinhos shoreline was. About the location, it is typical of the central region, it has everything close and several shopping points, only the walk to the beach is a little longer. Anyway, I recommend.

The accommodation is quite pleasant, exactly as in the pictures. The condominium is excellent, safe and well-structured, and the beach view is simply amazing — one of the great highlights of the stay. However, the negative point was the cleaning of the place: when we arrived, the environment was smelling closed and there was a lot of dust, which caused a certain initial discomfort. With greater attention to sanitizing prior to guests arriving, the experience would be perfect. Overall, it was a good stay!

It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it!
