This is a small studio with all that you need. It has reasonable wifi, for those of us who need to work too :) The hostess is very helpful with tips on the area, and it is close to the old St Anne's and many restaurants and bars.

Edith’s place was absolutely beautiful and we loved the beach and village. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Saint Malo itself while only being a short walk away (about 20 minutes).

We had a great time at Fabrice's apartment. Ideally located to enjoy the sea and amenities but also comfortable, convenient and tastefully decorated. We must also emphasize the excellent value for money of this accommodation (which is rare), the correct range of hours that allowed us to enjoy the weekend and the towels and sheets provided. We recommend this property and will be back with pleasure.

hosted by Chriistine, a very nice person and very accessible, the accommodation corresponded to the description, everything is within easy reach, beach, sea, shops etc. we recommend this place without a second thought. The parking space in the small backyard is very nice.

Virginia's place is as described in the listing. At first we were sad to have to pay such an amount for cleaning and not for an extra night in Saint Malo but really it's worth it. Not having to clean on such a short stay saved us time to enjoy the really peaceful and green environment nearby. Thanks to Virginia who is responsive and was able to adapt to our late check-in schedule following traffic and a last-minute unexpected event related to my partner's work. We'll be there again.

3 nights in a cozy little apartment, very well decorated. The glass roof brings a lot of charm and character. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and warm. It is opposite the fish market and close to the access to the shuttles going to the beautiful Chosey Islands as well as close to the restaurants that offer us their ultra fresh seafood. The city center is close by. So it is ideally located. Dominique welcomes with the heart. She is attentive to the well-being of her guests. And this welcome brings the little extra touch that makes it possible to spend an even more precious moment. In short, we had a great time in Granville, in this warm accommodation. A big thank you to you Dominique, we will keep a great memory of this Granvillaise getaway.

a weekend spent in Saint Malo, superb thanks to the location of the apartment which is close to the.olage du sillon on foot. easy to park and in a quiet neighborhood. the accommodation is well arranged and well equipped for a couple. I recommend it 100%

Laetitia's place was perfect for our 3-day weekend: well located for visiting Granville and accessing the beaches of Donville les bains. For more days, it may be necessary to have a wardrobe. Communication with Laetitia was fluid.

New, contemporary-style, nicely decorated, very quiet and spacious accommodation. The apartment offered by Laurent is very well equipped with all the necessities for cooking, as well as iron, washing machine and dishwasher. Very responsive and friendly Laurent and his wife are very welcoming and concerned about the quality of their guests' stay. I would highly recommend it

Accommodation booked for one night with a very good welcome from Odile and her husband. The accommodation is faithful to the description with little touches that make the difference (small treats, jams, orange juice, etc.) Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation as well as comfortable bedding +++ the spa bath a real little plus with a bathroom also very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener). pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning views of the lake. we would definitely recommend this place.

a home with sea views in every room, peace and quiet, a beautiful and clean pool, very welcoming and charming hosts! All in a Sublime region,the island of Bréhat is 30min away, beaches and cliffs all around! A good stay to recharge!

We loved staying at Bernard’s apartment. He was a kind and gracious host. He communicated quickly and effectively and was willing to be flexible as his schedule allowed. The apartment itself is stunning and located perfectly for walking around the old town. You can quickly get to a beach, the ramparts, coffee, and food. The apartment had centuries old charm with up to date amenities. Bernard went out of his way to accommodate our two little kids and helped us with luggage upon arrival, I would recommend this spot every time. If We ever find our way back to Saint-Malo, I’ll be checking availability of this spot first!
