Very nice accommodation, very nice view. With 2 large balconies, the beach was within easy walking distance. We wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend.

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

A very nice place to stay. Especially quiet in the preseason. Large outdoor space for your own use and drinking coffee directly by the sea😊. The interior is spacious, so you can feel comfortable indoors even in cooler temperatures. Communication great, fast and very friendly. Thanks Nikos! We stayed in Frangokastello for a week with our three children in the fall. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional foods as gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The accommodation itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the proximity to the beach. In the low season, the place is very, very quiet, there are only a handful of taverns in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

Holiday home from home. everything good. Vassilis very helpful with lots of good extras in room. Studio clean, bright airy, good WiFi with large kitchen area, Expresso coffee machine. Bathroom a tad small, but works. Sleep quiet with shutters closed, Beach 5 minutes walk. Bus stop to Heraklion and airport 3 minutes. Private parking space. The apartment was ideally located, very close to the beach and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Plenty of space for a couple and a small child. The outdoor terrace has a good view of the sea. Magdalena was the perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport and quickly responded to any questions we had. We basically had a very good time and will hopefully return in the future.

The place is insanely beautifully located and lovingly and tastefully decorated. The tranquility and beauty of the countryside make the stay extra special. Jeronimo is very friendly and outgoing and he has great interior design ideas. His little dog provided me with valuable company. I am so glad that I was able to experience this paradise!

The villa was outstanding, the pictures really do not do it justice. Perfect location & absolutely lovely. Matthaios was a brilliant host , aided by Rena, who was lovely. We had one small problem which Matthaios sorted out immediately. Thank you. We felt very looked after. The welcome basket contained Rena's fantastic homemade cakes & biscuits & utterly delicious olive oil, along with other local treats. We had such a brilliant stay we will be back for sure. We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. We really enjoyed our stay. We were 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 dog. We are very satisfied with the villa and would love to come back next year. The villa has a private pool and a private entrance to the beach. However, water at the beach was dirty most of the time and wasn’t really comfortable to swim there with a baby, also because of the rock bottom, so we were driving to different public beaches. You must have a car, because due to the weather conditions it wasn’t possible to us to walk anywhere near.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property—it was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of five. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating areas. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the views of the surrounding area were lovely. The location is peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the city, but still just a short drive to several great beaches. The host, George, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He explained how to use the smart panel to turn on the boiler for hot water when he met us at the property, but we didn’t follow the instructions as closely as we should have the first morning, which caused the water to be cold. The boiler runs for 30 minutes at a time and seems to rely on solar heating, so hot water can be limited if multiple people shower back-to-back. Turning on the boiler in advance and spacing out showers made a big difference. Highly recommend this place!

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

I loved my stay here, and only wish I had booked my stay for longer! The villa was truly high-end and every detail was thoughtful. They had everything you could possibly need and the host made sure you were comfortable and cared for. The outdoor balcony/pool was relaxing and special, with a beautiful view of the sea. It was also close to several delicious restaurants and within walking distance of downtown Rethymno. I want to come back and bring my friends for a longer stay! What a wonderful stay! Antonios was incredibly communicative and greeted us warmly during check-in with fully stocked fridge, raki and a delicious platter of tomatoes, cucumbers and feta. The grounds were immaculate, the amenities were exactly as described on the listing. The location is wonderful - multiple small grocery stores located within walking distance, as well as a handful of delicious tavernas and restaurants along the water and in the nearby town. The location was excellent relative to activities on the island - we visited Knossos Palace, Skotino Cave (MAGICAL), Heraklion's Archaeology Museum, Star Beach (for some scuba diving + waterslides with the kids), and an Easter music event in a nearby town. We even rented a dune-buggy for the afternoon from the rental centre right next door. The villa itself had a great outdoor bbq, air conditioning units + smart TVs in every room, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, clothes lines, beach chairs, pool toys, you name it, it's got it!

Amazing villa in a really beautiful location. House is very private and great to explore the south coast from. We loved the pool and gorgeous sunsets.

We had a wonderful time in the villa and in Agia Pelagia. The villa offers high-quality amenities, is quietly located and immediately invites you to relax. Especially the terrace, the small garden and the beautiful pool make the stay unique. The communication was always friendly, and the on-site team looked after us with great courtesy. An absolute highlight was the massage with Mike – we can only warmly recommend this experience! The small beach of Psaromoura is easily reached in a few minutes on foot. There is a cozy bar, loungers for rent and the possibility to fully enjoy the turquoise sea. The nearby village is also within walking distance and offers a variety of great restaurants in addition to a charming beach.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. Villa Oliv was a lovely place for our family and we loved calling it home during our stay! The house is just as described and Claudia was so attentive and responsive. The pool was so nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the openness of the home.

Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a beautiful beach, wild, we loved it! Can't wait to come back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really appreciated the attention when we arrived. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great holiday 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

We were totally delighted with the place and its amenities. Something I hadn't realized and which is a disturbing hair are the parties at the pool next door twice a week. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The hosts are charming and the two owners are very attentive. We will come back without hesitation.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was even better than the pictures—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were incredibly attentive, offering fantastic local recommendations and even arranging a taxi service for us, which made everything so easy. To top it all off, they surprised us with homemade traditional Easter cookies, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. We felt so welcomed and cared for the entire time. What a spot. We loved it. It’s more beautiful than one can see from photos. You can hear the sea lap the shore night. The yoga mats and full kitchen were also favorites. We LOVED sunset at our beach each night or on a walk to the other nearby beaches. It was wonderful. Aliki was a very responsive host with recommendations for hikes and beaches.
