2nd time staying at this place and we enjoy it every time. Pet and family friendly. Complete amenities except for the coffee maker that’s not there and the refrigerator was not as powerful.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The location is peaceful and convenient, and the house itself is stunning. very clean, beautifully designed interiors, and so well-maintained. The pool was a great highlight, and the whole place had a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. We especially appreciated how fresh the linens were and how complete the kitchen was with utensils and appliances, it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, and each one felt cozy and comfortable. We also felt very secure throughout our stay, with our cars safely parked right in front of the house. A big thanks to the very courteous and welcoming caretaker, Ate Merlie and her son, who assisted us with everything we needed. And to top it off, the owner personally gave us a call upon arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable, such a thoughtful gesture! We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

Mrs. Reyes and the caretaker were welcoming. We went there at morning and they were so easy to talk to. Mrs. Reyes messaged me the day before the trip and gave me tips and instructions that helped us a lot. The house is clean, though some of the things and facilities are old. We enjoyed the water activities in the beach but we stayed for the swimming pool until night. The caretakers can be easily spotted if you need help. They also gave us complimentary softdrinks and bibingka, and let us park early even if we didn't check in yet. The house is comfortable, the beds were sufficient for us 16 guests, and the air conditioner are enough to provide cool. We also enjoyed the videoke and my mother cooked with ease thanks to the appliances. Overall, the price of the rest house is very worth it. Highly recommended!

The property was clean and kitchen was complete. We were able to cook and prepare our food. The kids loved the pool. Our experience was great and we enjoyed our weekend in the Cedar Home.

A beautiful and well appointed home, in peaceful surroundings. Highlights were the large and well equipped kitchen, the huge tub and the excellent view. Coordination with the host was easy. We all had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this place.

This place seriously has the best view of Taal Volcano. Everything was super clean, and the furniture was really nice. It even smelled like a luxury hotel when we walked in! Big shoutout to Ate Bituin—she has the sweetest smile, and honestly, all the stress from the commute just melted away when we met her. She was super responsive and made our check-in and check-out so easy. If I ever go back to Tagaytay, no doubt, I’m booking this place again. Five stars all the way! We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

The place was as pretty as he photos! Aesthetically beautiful yet functional. All we needed are provided, no need to request for more, like they already know what we need. The host is very accmodating and understanding with our request, and even if we had to pay extra, they didn't charge too much and very considerate of their guests. We will definitely come back and even recommend to our friends and family.

This is my first booking here in Airbnb and I loved my stay here so much. Kuya host was so helpful to us, he even marked the place where we'll be staying. The check in was fast and easy. The room is clean and feels secure. The view from the balcony was chef's kiss. The room is cold even at 28⁰ na temperature. And comfortable ang room parang nasa bahay lang. We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

I had a wonderful stay at Loming Barako Home in Batangas City! From the start, the host provided very clear instructions, helpful tips, and guidance that made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—just a few minutes from SM City Batangas, and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The tricycle drivers nearby were also very friendly and welcoming, which made getting around hassle-free. One of the best parts of my stay was that I had the entire two-story house to myself since I was the only guest at the time—it felt like a home away from home. The place also had a mini pantry stocked with snacks, cooking oil, eggs, purified water, coffee, and canned goods—it was like having a mini grocery inside the house! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The place is cozy, well-equipped, and very thoughtfully managed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batangas!

The room was as expected, looked just like the pictures. It was complete with amenities (even towels) and AC was cold. We found it a hassle that we had to drive up (instead of walk) to the nearest convenience store. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The place was spotless when we arrived. It looks even better in person. We didn’t need anything during our stay as all amenities listed were present and Ms. Yen was able to provide us with the necessary instructions prior to check-in. The caretaker was very kind too and even offered to take our photos. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back.

We were looking for a cozy and comfy place to stay, one that functions beyond a space just for sleep. It's where we can cuddle up on a rainy day much like at home. No regrets staying here.

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is situated in a very convenient spot. Lots of Pet-friendly restaurant nearby. The place is very peaceful. I enjoyed reading at the balcony while listening to the sound of the forest beneath. Worth what we paid for. 😊
