We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Miguel’s place is a gem! Very peaceful surroundings and the house itself is clean and beautiful. Really a home away from home. We really enjoyed as the place had almost everything we need and Miguel is very responsive to all our queries. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly peaceful—just what we all needed to recharge. The host and caretakers were amazing, super friendly, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities were great, everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Our family and friends had such a great time—everyone felt so at ease and truly enjoyed every moment. This place seriously has the best view of Taal Volcano. Everything was super clean, and the furniture was really nice. It even smelled like a luxury hotel when we walked in! Big shoutout to Ate Bituin—she has the sweetest smile, and honestly, all the stress from the commute just melted away when we met her. She was super responsive and made our check-in and check-out so easy. If I ever go back to Tagaytay, no doubt, I’m booking this place again. Five stars all the way! We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

The place was as pretty as he photos! Aesthetically beautiful yet functional. All we needed are provided, no need to request for more, like they already know what we need. The host is very accmodating and understanding with our request, and even if we had to pay extra, they didn't charge too much and very considerate of their guests. We will definitely come back and even recommend to our friends and family.

The place is described perfectly. What you see is what you get and it's not any less than cozy and home-y. This is an SMDC unit so don't expect a large room but Ms. May managed to make up for it by making it clean and nice to stay in. She is also very friendly, accommodated us whenever we asked for help, and made everything super smooth. Highly recommended for couples staying in tagaytay for a bit, but if you're bringing a car, the parking may be a little far from the unit (but this isn't the hosts fault as SMDC is known for having weird parking spaces anyway). But that's a small price to pay for a place as lovely as this and a host that is kind and responsive to their guests, and my GF and I had a great time. 10/10 would HEAVILY recommend and we will definitely come back.

This is my first booking here in Airbnb and I loved my stay here so much. Kuya host was so helpful to us, he even marked the place where we'll be staying. The check in was fast and easy. The room is clean and feels secure. The view from the balcony was chef's kiss. The room is cold even at 28⁰ na temperature. And comfortable ang room parang nasa bahay lang. We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

I had a wonderful stay at Loming Barako Home in Batangas City! From the start, the host provided very clear instructions, helpful tips, and guidance that made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—just a few minutes from SM City Batangas, and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The tricycle drivers nearby were also very friendly and welcoming, which made getting around hassle-free. One of the best parts of my stay was that I had the entire two-story house to myself since I was the only guest at the time—it felt like a home away from home. The place also had a mini pantry stocked with snacks, cooking oil, eggs, purified water, coffee, and canned goods—it was like having a mini grocery inside the house! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The place is cozy, well-equipped, and very thoughtfully managed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batangas!

The host was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The unit was spotless, spacious, and well-constructed, fully meeting our expectations. However, the building's property management could improve its registration, parking policies, and backup power management during outages. Despite this, we had an enjoyable experience and would recommend this unit for future stays.

Great place to stay, the unit was clean and smells nice. Ohhhh and the king bed it’s too comfy plus there is a balcony where you can chill!!!! Ms. Venice is so approachable and very responsive so are the caretakers!!! Will definitely book again we really had a great time 🫶

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

Baron' place was very spacious and big for the price we paid. It was also very clean. It has a big veranda that is perfect for sunrise with a perfect view. The master's bedroom was also the same, the view was very aesthetic. It was way bigger than what we expected. There are also a lot of folding beds that can be used. The aircon was also working fine. The CR' heater was also working well. Ate Rowena, the caretaker was also very responsive as well as Baron. Overall, it was worth the price and highly recommended. We will be back next time for sure :)

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The place was spotless when we arrived. It looks even better in person. We didn’t need anything during our stay as all amenities listed were present and Ms. Yen was able to provide us with the necessary instructions prior to check-in. The caretaker was very kind too and even offered to take our photos. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back.

We had an amazing time,bitin ang one day! The place is perfect to relax in Tagaytay, near everything with a nice view of Taal Lake. The space and bunk beds are super nice. Great for the whole family! Ate Nalyn was very kind and helpful. We’ll surely come back and recommend it to our relatives.

I definitely recommend Caryl’s place. ✔️ Aesthetic ✔️ Clean ✔️ Spacious ✔️ Peaceful ✔️ Walking distance going to the beach and to the pool ✅ Caryl is a great host. Very responsive on each of our query. 😞The only issue we had was with the water. I think it's the water supply for the entire building.
