Augusta was the finest, always helpful and welcoming, even left us chocolates at the check in. The apartment is charming and very well equipped. It's next to the pool, which made it easy to use every day. We'll be back!

Comfortable accommodation in the best location of the fort beach. The condominium has direct access to the village, which makes it much easier to get around. Literally "we forget" the car in the garage.

The apartment is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The whole decor has a nautical-praian theme that made the stay experience a delight. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room, which has only one floor fan. Because of this, in the summer, staying in the living room throughout the day may not be very comfortable because of the heat. It is not a problem if your idea is to spend the day outside on the beach or in the shared spaces of the condominium, which are ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped, we find many utensils and appliances. Like every waterfront building, the saltpeter caused some deteriorations in the apartment, but Wilton gave all the support we need. Wilton was very requested, and he answered us whenever it was necessary to call him. He was a very courteous and kind host, giving tips for nearby tours and answering all our questions about the reservation and stay, which certainly contributed to our experience being wonderful. Thank you, Wilton!

Vladimir's place was beautiful! It had a perfect location for the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back!

The house is in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants and bars. The host was quite solicit and friendly. The building was in good condition and clean, but it could offer beds in better condition and extra towels for the pool/beach. Overall, we were very pleased.

A great location in the main area of the Villa, we don't need to use a car. The property is very comfortable with two large en-suites. I recommend it!

The condominium is super organized and secure. The access to the beach and the Tbm River is something that is worth mentioning. Me and my family very much liked the period we spent there, it is very worth it.

Very well-equipped apartment with sea view, with practically private beach. A paradise! Excellent condominium with a swimming pool facing the sea and a fitness center. Jorge is very attentive and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and left wanting to return soon to stay in the same apartment!

The apartment is comfortable and modern. The pool of the complex is spectacular and the location, unbeatable: in the heart of Praia do Forte, 10 meters from the church and almost to the Tamar Project.

The apartment was clean, organized and exactly as described. The convenience of being a few steps from the sea makes it much easier for those with children. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, one detail - the extra mattress needs to be a little better, it was very thin. It met our expectations as a place to rest. The beach in front is beautiful, without much movement. Good, clean pool with a shallower part for young children. A tip, hire Cris to cook and organize the apartment, as we stayed 6 days, having her helping us made it a lot easier.

The apartment is very nice, matching the photos. Everything is very well kept and clean. The hostess (Patrícia) was always available for questions and sending information. The condominium has a good structure, being ideal for families with children. As for Itacimirim, an excellent place to rest, with a range of services and attractions nearby. Most of the condominiums are located in a region of the beach not suitable for bathing (very rough sea). But a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive already provides access to some beaches with calmer seas.

Excellent family stay!! the condominium is very beautiful and structured, a true charm. In complete contact with nature, we take the opportunity to relax and have a lot of fun. Claudia always met us with great promptness and kindness. We were appointed a very skilled chef and good people, who made it even more in our days. Tati served us super well. Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. Everything happened as we expected. The location is great and there are nearby amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. The nearest beach is not the best, but there are great beaches within short distances. Nicolas gave us the necessary support and was always available to help.
