The ground floor consists of a fully equipped functional kitchen as well as a large living room with a living room (with sofa bed 2 pl) overlooking a large teak terrace of 40m2, a dining area and a bathroom with toilet. Access is possible by vehicle or by the Côte Bleue train via Marseille Saint-Charles, 20 km from Marseille.
