High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.

Own pets are not allowed. 1.5 km away is the town of Masatepe, where there is a supermarket and a daily market for fruits and vegetables.
