Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Martvili Municipality

This is an incredible place! And the hosts are very welcoming and accommodating! We booked an old house first. It's just a museum. There are 2 bedrooms. Each has a fireplace. The house breathes old. But we were in January and frightened that we would be cold with a small child. Therefore, we were easily accommodated in a new 2 bedroom cottage, with a fireplace, a comfortable lounge area and all the amenities. But we went to the old house to have dinner and breakfast to join this atmosphere. The food was cooked by the hostess. And it was delicious. Everything is homey, all its own. In summer, it should be absolutely amazing there, but we had a lot of fun in the winter. Highly recommend to everyone. And will definitely come back in the spring.

The location is perfect—close to all the attractions yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood that offers a true sense of tranquility. We loved waking up to the serene surroundings and enjoying our morning coffee on the lovely patio. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing us with local tips and even some delightful homemade treats. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this experience apart. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and are already planning our return visit. If you’re looking for a home away from home with a touch of magic, this is the place to be!

Very big house with a well stocked kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, a bathroom, and a great balcony overlooking their lovely garden. Marina the aunt is a very nice person, generous, and quiet. She speak little English, but we could still understand one another. The hosts treated us with homemade wine, fresh fruits from the garden, and even khacapuri. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I recommend spending a few nights there for relaxing and breathing fresh air.
