There is an exit from the terrace of the first floor overlooking the water at a distance of 300 meters. The home is on two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from Svendborg city centre with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery.
