Welcome to our old farmhouse, of which a part of the former stable has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly furnished with a lot of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one b and b space.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. The house where the farmer used to live with his family has been converted into a comfortable apartment with a spacious living room and open kitchen downstairs, overlooking the meadows and the terpkerk of Wanswert. The apartment is in personal style and fully furnished. Where possible, we used second chance furniture. Together with the piano and comfortable wood stove, a nice living climate is created. The apartment has a cozy private garden all around, a private front door and lots of privacy.

The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Tinyhouse Stilte aan het Water Geniet van rust en natuur in ons sfeervolle tinyhouse aan het water in Stiens. Met eigen ingang, privacy en uitzicht over het water. Perfect om te suppen, vissen of zwemmen. Extra’s: ontbijt, huur van sups en e-bikes. Nabij Leeuwarden en Holwerd (veerboot Ameland). Fiets- en wandelroutes starten bij de achtertuin. In het weekend serveren wij (tegen betaling) een ontbijt, door de week alleen in overleg.
