Lovely location and home, perfect for our family. Beautiful view of river and so peaceful. Very special place. Lis was helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect in every way - very clean, spacious, plenty of bathrooms for all guests, furniture was luxurious yet beach friendly.

What an amazing location!!! We felt very spoilt staying here. We enjoyed 2 nights with hubbys parents and it was perfect. Big house, and although it was too cool to swim the kids were still entertained by the pool table and fishing off the pontoon, and the nearby attractions (fyi- the laser tag about 8 mins up the rd is fantastic!) The house was clean, spacious and homely. Kitchen had everything we needed and multiple dining areas to suit every mood. Beds were super comfy, and the double shower was amazing!!! It was so nice to a quick break away and spend our mornings and evenings out the back on the deck overlooking the canal and feeling jealous we didnt have the energy of the locals who were out there paddle boarding up and down all morning. Lucy was extremely helpful with questions and ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and we have already started planning trips back to stay again on our next opportuntity for a quick getaway. Thank you Lucy

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-equipped with all the little extras that make a difference. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and it's clear the hosts have thought of all the small details. One of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed in—would definitely recommend!

We had a great time considering the weather wasn’t the best. We loved that our dog was literally walking distance to an off the leash dog beach and only 5 mins car ride to Hastings st . I definitely would stay there again

Myself and my family very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is literally a few minutes walk from the beach behind the house. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor fireplace, Bikes , pool and connected spa and the ping pong table. To Wake early to see the sun rise on the beach and a moments walk away was wonderful. We also enjoyed a lovely Greek meal at a local restaurant called the Vrina Mezze bar. A lovely short break.

Our stay at Alice’s place was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Alice was very accommodating, responsive and provided great local tips. We can’t wait to come back!

this is our second stay and again absolutely loved being here we will 100% be return guests it's a home away from just 1 million times better. I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was spacious, modern and comfortable, with everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was also really comfortable. Michelle was always responsive, friendly and helpful throughout my stay; she also allowed for an early check in! Great location with easy walk to the supermarket/shops, Cotton Tree Park and cafes. The Master bedroom and balcony face the main road so there is some road noise in the mornings but otherwise I couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great stay!

This is the best place we have stayed. Clean, everything we needed, Julie goes above and beyond with even a lovely welcome card and chocolates. There wasn’t one item I needed that wasn’t available. I cannot recommend her sanctuary high enough but was a beautiful space and will definitely be back. Thankyou

Our stay at the French Country Cottage was wonderful!!! Booked for my family for my 50th birthday and it was a fantastic spot. Tranquil and relaxing, fun lawn games and beautiful vistas everywhere you looked- from the rolling green hills dotted with grazing cows to the reflective lake to the garden chess set and potager's garden: everything was perfect! My grandson loved feeding carrots to Sgt Pepper and collecting eggs from the chickens - we also had a trio of surprise geese for our visit which was noisy but fun! Our host Kathryn was kind, funny and generous with some local goodies and the entire setup was very Continental. We took a million photos and every single one of them was like a postcard! We laughed and relaxed and played and napped in the sunshine and huddled around the firepit for late-night chats - We have all had the most perfect time and have made the best memories in this beautiful place!

We had a great time! Lots to do and so close to the lake! Perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature.

This was a great and relaxing stay. The property is off the beaten path and we were able to see kangaroos and paddle in the mangroves while also being a short drive from the beach and nearby towns. The only thing about the stay was that it wasn’t long enough to truly relax! Thanks again to Rob for the great stay

Christine was an amazing host. Always replying within a couple of hours no matter the question asked . The lodge was absolutely stunning, privet lake pontoon, which I used to propose to my girlfriend. a free canoe included in your stay. perfect for going to see the sting rays in the lake / creek. Lots of wildlife around. log fire kept the place nice and warm. would 100% stay here again,
