Vacation rentals with a patio in Marinići

Friendly little accommodation, a few minutes' walk from the center and the harbor. In the kitchen, a fruit basket with fresh fruit was ready and coffee + filter for the filter machine were also there. We could park the car right in front of the entrance.

Great location, very new and modern apartment. We stayed here with our 2-year old and had a wonderful time. Every room has an AC, the beds are comfy and the shower is nice. Parking right in front of the apartment. Breakfast on the large balcony with sea view room was fantastic. The price was fair. We enjoyed it and recommend this place!

We stayed in this apartment from Marino one night. It has all the things you need. Marino is really a very nice person. Communication was smooth.

When we arrived, we were very warmly welcomed. Liliana did the check-in with us and showed us everything and was super informative. We were able to contact her at any time and received quick feedback. During the stay, we didn't miss anything. We will be back and were very satisfied!

We really like this place, and this is second time that we are visiting. Everything with apartment is great including hosts. Really nice place to relax and enjoy in nature. If you prefer nature and quietness, and avoids crowds, this is right place for you.

Everything was great, the apartment was super spacious and well-equipped. Ideal if you travel by car, there is room to park on the street and it is a quiet area. Ideal for relaxing.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We stayed at Villa Quarnaro. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house is super well maintained, everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were also very friendly. We would gladly come back!

Very great house for a mountain escape!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

A wonderful villa that exceeded our expectations! The property was clean and beautifully designed, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The host and housekeeper were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. However, the villa is a bit far from the ocean, so walking isn't ideal - a taxi or car is necessary to reach the beach but it's a small trade-off & completely fine with the price you pay for it. We would definitely recommend it:)

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

Everything is amazing

It was a very nice little apartment and there was everything to cook there or make a coffee:). Mira was very hospitable and tried very hard to give us a nice stay. Would go back there immediately if I were in Rijeka. The only complaint was that the apartment was a little damp, otherwise everything was great.

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

For check-in and check-out we were greeted by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with your stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! To be recommended without hesitation.

The apartment was very modern. It was very well equipped, the dishwasher was nice. Our dog loved the outdoor trails.

A comfortable choice for 2-4 people in close driving distance to Rijeka. The terrace was very nice and outside chairs and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and the two bedrooms are cozy enough with a lot of closet space. There is one main bathroom with a very comfortable shower and then a smaller nook with a WC and sink. A short drive to the most economical parking lot of Rijeka (Delta). A reasonable price for sure. The host accommodated our early check-in and offered us a later check-out if we needed it (which we didn’t)

Everything is great, nice, comfortable and spacious apartment. Hosts friendly, we were greeted with cake and homemade wine. Lovely backyard and garden, quiet location. All recommendations.
