This is a beautiful and quiet place. The house was spacious and comfortable and I could feel the host's touches everywhere. Above all, during a large power outage, Lydia said that she was worried about our safety and came to us. Even though we couldn't meet because we were out and about, that alone was a great comfort for us who were embarrassed. Thanks to you, I had a good stay.

The villa exceeded our expectations! Clean, luxurious, tall, we stayed there for a week, and it was perfect! Very quiet, next to a large forest, you will not be disturbed by the neighbors. The many storage units provided with cooking utensils, cutlery, cleaning products, everything is done for a great stay. The house is also very clean, the basement is huge and full for a great stay. Trampoline, ping pong, pétanque, swimming pool, darts, sunbathing, barbecue, etc... Don't trust the photos, the house is much more beautiful in real life! I recommend it to everyone, not to mention the host who welcomed us and spoke French!

It's a perfect place! I highly recommend it if you want to spend quiet days close to many tourist places. The house is beautiful and very well organized. There is parking right in front and having access to the pool is ideal for a good vacation. Accommodation is 10/10

Very large house with private pool and really huge roof terrace. There were only two of us here, there are beds for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for the car, also enough parking space in front of the house. For surfing: only 10 minutes by car to Baleal and Supertubos is even closer. Thanks to Celia for the wonderful time!

The stay was short but well worth it. The house is very beautiful and well decorated. Amelia is an excellent host. It treated us beautifully and with very friendly miminhos. The Suri cat was a pleasant surprise. The place is beautiful, perfect for those who want to rest. A repeat stay. Thank you Amelia for everything!

Eric was very responsive and was flexible with the check-in hours. He is a super nice host and is proud of his place. It was great to be able to travel with our dog!

We loved Rosa and her husband. They were so welcoming and friendly. They welcomed us to walk with them in local procession on May 12 th which made it so much more special.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The house is in a quiet area very near to all the Knights Templars castles which we wanted to visit. Having the small swimming pool was a great addition. There are lots of good restaurants nearby.

We had such a lovely stay over the month we stayed here. Felt completely at home. The house was so clean, comfortable and had everything one could need. The backyard, pool, and pool room made our stay extra luxurious. Working remotely was easy with a strong wifi connection and a proper office to work from. Lina was so kind, welcoming, and responsive. Any questions we had, she was quick to respond. The house is in a beautiful area, close to some great towns, epic surf, and beautiful vineyards. A great place to stay whether family, friends, or couples.

Emily and Gary have created a wonderful haven. We had a lovely stay. The space is so beautiful and well thought out. It’s definitely one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. It was lovely being able to see the sea and watch the sun go down over the pool. The pool is gorgeous, we didn’t use it much as it was very windy for a lot of our stay, but it was great on the hottest day we were there for. We found it extremely peaceful and relaxing which was just what we wanted as a stop off to chill for a bit between Lisbon and Porto.

An experience to be repeated, no doubt! Mr. Dinalo was always available before and during the reservation. We were very well received by him and the next day for breakfast, we had a gift from Mr. Dinalo, some wonderful croissants! 😊 The space is very pleasant with all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Very well-equipped and spacious kitchen. I am very grateful for Mr. Dinalo's kindness and generosity.

Jane was a terrific person to deal with as we planned our return visit to Foz for our anniversary. Very quick to respond to our queries and offer up suggestions for our trip. Very hands on about the booking, even though she doesn’t live in the local area. Thanks Jane!!

Beautiful place. More beautiful than the pictures! A great value for the price. Meals on the balcony were gorgeous! What a view!! Christina was very accommodating. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

This is a very special place! An amazing retreat in the forest. Edite was so wonderful as a host the entire trip. She helped us with anything we needed. It wasn’t difficult to find, but we lost service on the way which made us uncertain if we were going the right way. Ended up we guessed right! Edite is a Bee Keeper and the Airbnb is on a bee farm. There are also chickens, turkeys, a goat, and a beautiful 35 year old Peacock. We enjoyed walking the property, and there is a lovely pool that we spent time at soaking up the sun! Edite is so knowledgeable about her precious bees. We learned so much and got to see the process of how they extract the honey from the honeycombs. Truly an educational experience! The only downside of the Airbnb was the kitchen did not have an oven. It has an induction stove top with 4 burners that we made work for cooking our meals. Highly recommend this special place if you are looking for a peaceful, secluded place in nature!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Maverick Surf Villas. Lots to do in the local area, stunning coastline, definitely need a car, but its easy to get every where, roads are very quiet. The villa was beautiful, so much space and everything you could need. Hosts were very helpful, gave us lots of advice on the local area and hosted some lovely dinners. Thank you so much.

The house is cosy and conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the historic Óbidos walls, which was great for a walk and a drink at night. The free parking spot right in front of the house was great. The home was very pleasant and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen.
