Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Spent my 21st birthday here and it was amazing! Would love to comeback again. This place felt very home-y and appropriate for a chill celebration. The kitchen was really nice as well as the amenities. The rooms were also very comfortable, we had no problem sleepinf soundly. The houskeeper was also very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Overall, this place was a 10/10!

It was a great place to stay. Had a party with all my cousins and they thoroughly enjoyed it! Would come back again

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

It’s amazing that you can find this kind of place in Valenzuela. Very accessible and worth every penny but it could have been better if the owner will also invest in cooking utensils since the place is for larger groups. Thank you, Arbie! It was very short notice but you manage to accommodate us. Will recommend your place.

Nice and beautiful place

We truly enjoyed our 5-day stay. The place was spotless, and easy to get to and from, and check-in/check-out was a breeze, and the host was approachable, and considerate. Grateful for a smooth and comfortable experience, highly recommend it!

If you need a lot of parking space, this is the place. We were able to park 4-5 cars and a motorcycle. The living, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. All of us (15pax) can all fit in one space. No need to move to other rooms to fit.

Cute and minimalist unit located right in the heart of the metro—close to hospitals, malls, and essential spots. The community is peaceful and welcoming. The host was very kind and accommodating; she patiently waited for us to check in even though we arrived very late at 1 AM. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommended!

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The place was so nice and Sir Harry was very accomodating and very responsive to all queries. He makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Staff is also very approachable. I hope to visit again soon!

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. We had a great time during our stay in Casa Benita. The place was clean and it has all that we need. It’s also very spacious that it can accommodate our big family. I also love how responsive the host is. She is very accommodating and very easy to deal with. I would definitely go back here!

We were a group of 10 and we had a great time at Juans place. The staff were helpful and amazing, but also letting us have our private time. The house is exactly like the pictures, and is truly a beautiful home I a quiet street, right closeby all the nightlife of Makati. I would highly recommend this place. Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They even gave us directions to the mini sari-sari store inside the subdivision. The house was also clean and comfortable.

Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

Our stay was lovely and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Jonalin was very responsive whenever we chatted. The house was very clean, and the housekeeper came by to clean the pool each day (when we were available). Overall, a really nice stay!
