Newly-built apartment at the harbor entrance in Mariehamn

The 57 sqm apartment is on the fourth floor with number 12. It has a 13 sqm balcony facing west with some view of the harbor entrance. In the living room, there is a sofa bed 120 cm wide and 170 cm long, as well as a mattress. 150 m below the house is the beach promenade on which you can reach the ferry terminal in 15 minutes. On the street outside, there are buses to Mariehamn city center. A carport belongs to the apartment. Elevator is available. The apartment is rented out at least 5 nights in a row. Note: Sheets and towels are not included.

The surroundings have a country idyll but you are only with walking distance (2,8 km) from the pulse of the city. Start your morning with sim 10m from the tent. You can rent kayaks or sup boards a few hundred meters away and paddle them to your tent. Treat yourself to an adventure out of the ordinary. Ps. Breakfast is included outside the door to the tent whenever you wish.

Carpet: master bedroom, study and bathroom. Dining table for six inside and out. WiFi. Cable TV. Parking for two cars in carport. Walking distance to the ferries. Car 5 minutes, bike 10 minutes and walk 25 minutes to the city. Two canoes to rent. Mariehamn's most beautiful walking and jogging trail below the large terrace.

The cottage, about 50m2, houses a well-equipped kitchen-all room, a small bedroom with 160 cm double bed, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as sauna and hot tub. Sun from morning till night and nice view of the beach and sea. Private, generous and stay friendly decks stretch around the cabin. You have free access to the beach and jetty with swimming ladder. Boathouse cottage including kayaks, boat and bikes

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.
