Good communication, very kind and accommodating. I was very satisfied.

Excellent location! Easy walk to town centre, Pilsner brewery and train station. We found a great cafe for coffee called Kafec very close by. The glass walls may not be for everyone but the curtains block everything well. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed Patrick's apartment very much. We didn't miss anything and we can highly recommend the apartment. If we had any questions, Patrick responded quickly and helped. We did a lot in the six days. From here you can do a lot. We were at the Görgelstein, at the Prinzenfelsen, at the Totenkopf, in the Girgelhöhle, in Franzensbad, in the granite labyrinth, at the Epprechtstein castle ruin, at the Egerfall, in Eger, at Lake Fichtelsee and on the Plattengipfel. If it would be possible to give more then 5*, then this would be at 10. Absolut spotless Appartement, the best I have been in Plzen in the last 7 months!!! A real diamant in Plzen!!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The place is cozy, clean and just like the pictures. The host is responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is also at the centre of town, close to everything. The backyard is also beautiful. Definitely recommend this place.

Tastefully furnished apartment with views over the old town of Karlsbad and private parking space in the underground garage. We were here for 5 days after Christmas over New Year's and the little Christmas tree that was set up in the apartment will remain a special memory - special thanks for this! Communication with Zarina went smoothly and quickly. We liked it very much, we'd love to come back any time. Absolutely recommended.

Great stay. Beautiful home

A beautiful place. The cottage is small but completely sufficient for two persons. It has everything you need. The fireplace is just great. I'd love to come back!

We stayed with John for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stay longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom there were things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper, so you don't have to go shopping right away - except for food, of course. 😉 You can walk into the forest right by the house. It wasn't so quiet👍 with us on the weekend, but that's certainly the case - because we had a dog tournament. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the place and we will definitely come back.

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! Communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

Katrin is a very kind and open host. We felt very comfortable with her. Our overnight stay was part of an eventful weekend. We three couples went hiking and on Sunday with the white water kayak on the Zwickauer Mulde to Aue. That's why the choice of accommodation was in favour of Katrin. In the three rooms in the attic, it was easy to sleep. The large bathroom could be used in pairs. We also used Katrin's offer of a rich breakfast. Thank you Katrin!

We were four adults and two dogs and spent the Easter holidays there. For the dogs, a large basket with treats and a bowl of water were provided - very lovingly. The house is very cozy and well-maintained. The large garden with different seating is perfect. Overall, the house is highly recommended and offers everything you need and beyond. A big thank you to the owners. If nothing comes up, we'll be back.

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is super equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also thought it was great that Netflix was available on both smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema is a spa town and a spa tax is charged. However, this was not high and of course must be paid by every vacation rental owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

Simply exceptional apartment. In a magnificent house, it is very spacious, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and very functional. Interaction with the host is warm and easy. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation, and hope to return ourselves soon.

We were received very kindly by grit. The hostess was not there at the time of arrival, but the key handover was very easy with the key safe. There was also a correspondingly good explanation of where to find it. We were very happy with the place. The roof terrace is great and really huge.

A very nice stay, in a very nice place to stay! Surroundings are wonderful on foot. In the vicinity, there is a raised moor area with a very romantic wooden jetty. Restaurants and a small shopping are within walking distance, very easy to reach. Only small things are missing for an absolute top review. Overall, you can feel very comfortable on this property.
