The area is called Vallecito, and it is at 10 minutes away from the city center where all the attractions are. The bus station is 5 minutes away and the airport 20. The penthouse is at the 6th floor (don’t worry it is equipped if an elevator) of a modern and recent building in a residential zone. In other words, the area is convenient, silent and secure. The penthouse is contemporary, modern, minimalist and essential with an astonishing view on the volcano and the whole city. You can admire all this from our cute terrace. David's appartment is super nice! good location near center in quiet place. House and app are very new. Comfy bed, good internet, enough space for 2. Host is very proactive and helpful. Dishwasher was on listing, but it wasn't there , it wasn't critical for us as we used kitchen mainly for coffe, but just to mention . Overall feedback is true 5*! We recommend this place!

I was able to do my work and sleep comfortably. Gustavo and Angélica were always available to answer my questions. I'm happy to have stayed with them and I can't wait to go back to the same place.

Amazing apartment. The hosts were very kind, and always responsive. The location is peaceful - outside of the centre, but it is still walkable. If you prefer not to walk, there are Ubers readily available. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
